Computer sets provided under the CSR initiative of NHPC Rangit Power Project were distributed to our schools. The formal handover of these computer sets took place at Dalep Junior High School, where Group Senior Manager (HR), Shri Pandu Gagrai, handed them over in the presence of OSD to Honble Area MLA Shri Shiva Kumar Rai, school authorities, teachers, SMC members, and other esteemed dignitaries. We extend our sincere gratitude to NHPC Rangit Power Project for its generous support in fostering digital education and enhancing learning opportunities for our students.

Concern public of Lower Dalep Roneck conducted a cleanliness drive along the old village footpath from Tashiding Bridge to Lower Dalep Roneck.

The condition of the path has deteriorated due to rain, mud, and overgrowth, making daily movement difficult. Since this is the only route for locals to walk to schools, fields, and the main road, villagers came together to clear the route.

“This is our only way. If we don’t maintain it, no one will,” said a local participant. The community effort highlights the challenges faced in remote areas where footpaths remain the lifeline for daily use.

Locals have appealed to the concerned authorities for permanent repair and maintenance of the route.
This path is not good, but it’s our only way to walk. So the public cleaned it for daily use.

Public of Lower Dalep have come together to maintain and repair local roads that were severely damaged due to recent heavy rainfall.

With monsoon rains washing away stretches of the road, daily movement and transport were hit hard. Taking initiative, the local public organized themselves to clear debris, fill potholes, and restore connectivity for the area.

The community effort highlights the spirit of self-reliance in remote areas where quick government response often faces delays due to terrain and weather.

Locals have urged the concerned department to support the restoration work with materials and machinery to make the repairs long-lasting.

Today, OSD to Hon'ble MLA Shri Siva Kumar Rai visited the under-construction Dalep Grace Baptist Church to review the ongoing construction work.
On this occasion, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Hon'ble Chief Minister Shri Prem Singh Tamang for his generous financial assistance of ₹5,00,000 from the Chief Minister's Relief Fund towards the construction of the church.
I also sincerely thank Hon'ble Area MLA Shri Rikshel Dorjee Bhutia for his kind contribution of ₹1,00,000 in support of the church's completion.
My special appreciation goes to respected Shri Tashi Gyalpo Bhutia (Bhaichung) for his dedicated efforts in helping place the church's needs before the Hon'ble Chief Minister, making this valuable support possible.

विद्यालय विकास सम्बन्धी समन्वय बैठक सम्पन्न
मिति ०१ जुन २०२६ दलेप जूनियर हाई स्कूल परिसरमा विद्यालयको समग्र विकास तथा पूर्वाधार सुदृढीकरण सम्बन्धी एक महत्वपूर्ण समन्वय बैठक सम्पन्न भयो। उक्त बैठकमा माननीय OSD श्री शिव कुमार राई, ग्राम पञ्चायतका सुश्री प्रतिमा राई,अन्य प्रतिनिधिहरू, विद्यालय व्यवस्थापन समिति (SMC), अभिभावक तथा स्थानीय समुदायका प्रतिनिधिहरूको सहभागिता रहेको थियो।
बैठकमा विद्यालयको दीर्घकालीन विकासका लागि आवश्यक विभिन्न विषयहरूमा विस्तृत छलफल गरी महत्वपूर्ण निर्णयहरू गरियो।
बैठकका मुख्य निर्णयहरू:
✅ विद्यालयको जग्गा दर्ता (Land Registration)
विद्यालयको जग्गा दर्ता प्रक्रियालाई छिटो तथा प्रभावकारी रूपमा सम्पन्न गर्न आवश्यक प्रशासनिक कार्यहरूको जिम्मेवारी माननीय OSD सरले ग्रहण गर्नुभएको छ। यस कार्यमा ग्राम पञ्चायत, जग्गादाता तथा पूर्व पञ्चायत प्रतिनिधिहरूसँग समन्वय गरी आवश्यक प्रक्रिया अगाडि बढाइनेछ।
✅ विद्यालयको पर्खाल (Boundary Wall) निर्माण
विद्यालयको सुरक्षा तथा संरक्षणका लागि पर्खाल निर्माणको आवश्यकतामाथि छलफल गरियो। विशेषगरी विद्यालय भवन पछाडिको क्षतिग्रस्त पर्खाल पुनर्निर्माणका लागि सम्पूर्ण अभिभावक, स्थानीय समुदाय, SMC, OSD तथा ग्राम पञ्चायतको सक्रिय सहभागितामा कार्य अथवा "श्रमदान"मार्फत अगाडि बढाउने निर्णय गरियो।
✅ विद्यालय भवनको ठाडो विस्तार (Vertical Extension)
विद्यार्थी सङ्ख्या तथा शैक्षिक आवश्यकतालाई ध्यानमा राख्दै विद्यालय भवनको ठाडो विस्तार गर्ने सम्भावनाबारे छलफल गरियो। यस सम्बन्धमा आवश्यक योजना तथा स्रोत व्यवस्थापनका लागि पहल गर्ने सहमति भएको छ।
✅ विद्यालयका लागि पंखा (Fans) उपलब्ध गराउने प्रतिबद्धता
विद्यार्थी तथा शिक्षकहरूको सुविधालाई मध्यनजर गर्दै माननीय OSD सरले विद्यालयलाई ५ वटा पंखा (Fans) उपलब्ध गराउने प्रतिबद्धता व्यक्त गर्नुभएको छ।
✅ Assembly Shed निर्माण पहल
विद्यालयमा Assembly Shed निर्माणका लागि आवश्यक सहयोग प्राप्त गर्न ग्राम पञ्चायतमार्फत माननीय MLA समक्ष अनुरोध पत्र पेश गर्ने निर्णय गरिएको छ।
*पूर्व प्राथमिक शिक्षक आवश्यक रहेको विषयमा छलफल गरियो।

अग्नि सुरक्षा प्रदर्शन सम्बन्धी प्रतिवेदन

अग्नि सेवा सप्ताहको अवसरमा ०६ अप्रिल २०२६ का दिन रवाङ्ला फायर स्टेशनद्वारा दलेप/केवजिङ जुनियर हाई स्कूलमा अग्नि सुरक्षा सम्बन्धी प्रदर्शन कार्यक्रम आयोजना गरिएको थियो।
कार्यक्रम स्वागत मन्तव्यबाट सुरु भई उप–अग्नि अधिकृत श्री सूर्य प्रसाद शर्मा द्वारा अग्नि सुरक्षाबारे जानकारीमूलक प्रस्तुति प्रदान गरियो। उहाँले “आगो राम्रो नोकर हो तर नराम्रो मालिक हो” भन्ने सन्देश दिँदै आगो नियन्त्रण गर्न अक्सिजन, ताप वा इन्धनमध्ये कुनै एक तत्व हटाउनुपर्ने कुरा स्पष्ट पार्नुभयो।
उहाँले आगोका विभिन्न वर्गहरू (Class A, B, C, D, K) र तिनका लागि प्रयोग हुने उपयुक्त अग्नि निभाउने उपकरणहरूको बारेमा जानकारी दिनुभयो। साथै PASS (Pull, Aim, Squeeze, Sweep) र BLEVE जस्ता रणनीतिहरूको पनि व्याख्या गर्नुभयो।
व्यावहारिक सत्रमा LFM श्री पासाङ शेर्पा, LNK श्री धरनी दास प्रधान र SA श्री अनुप भुजेलले AFFF लगायत विभिन्न अग्नि निभाउने उपकरणहरूको प्रयोग प्रदर्शन गर्नुभयो। साथै उद्धार डोरी (Rescue Rope) को प्रयोग र सुरक्षित रूपमा बाँध्ने तरिका पनि सिकाइयो।
यो कार्यक्रम विद्यार्थी तथा शिक्षकहरूका लागि अत्यन्त जानकारीमूलक र सचेतनामूलक रह्यो। दलेप/केवजिङ JHS परिवार रवाङ्ला फायर स्टेशनप्रति हार्दिक आभार व्यक्त गर्दछ।

विद्यालय: दलेप केवजिङ जुनियर हाई स्कूल
दलेप केवजिङ जुनियर हाई स्कूललाई ५० केवजिङ बखिम GPU द्वारा ३० मार्च २०२६ का दिन २ वटा गोडरेज अल्मिरा सहयोगस्वरूप प्रदान गरिएको जानकारी गराउन पाउँदा हामी अत्यन्त हर्षित छौं।
सम्पूर्ण दलेप विद्यालय परिवारको तर्फबाट पंचायत अध्यक्ष तथा विद्यालय व्यवस्थापन समिति (SMC) का अध्यक्ष श्री लोब्जाङ भुटिया ज्यूप्रति हार्दिक कृतज्ञता व्यक्त गर्दछौं। उहाँले PTM बैठकमा दिनुभएको प्रतिबद्धता अनुरूप केवल एक हप्ताभित्र विद्यालयको लामो समयदेखि रहेको भण्डारण अल्मिराको आवश्यकता पूरा गरिदिनु भएकोमा विशेष धन्यवाद व्यक्त गर्दछौं।
यो सहयोग शैक्षिक सत्र २०२६ को लागि आवश्यक पूर्वाधार विकासको पहिलो महत्वपूर्ण उपलब्धि हो। यसले विद्यालयका महत्वपूर्ण कागजात, शिक्षण–सामग्री तथा अन्य सामग्रीहरू सुरक्षित रूपमा व्यवस्थापन गर्न ठूलो सहयोग पुर्‍याउनेछ।
ग्रामीण विद्यालयको विकासका लागि गरिएको यस्तो छिटो निर्णय र सक्रिय कार्यान्वयन वास्तवमै प्रशंसनीय र अनुकरणीय छ। यसले नेतृत्वको दूरदर्शिता, प्रतिबद्धता तथा शिक्षाप्रतिको जिम्मेवारीलाई स्पष्ट रूपमा देखाउँछ।
“यदि इच्छा र प्रतिबद्धता भएमा असम्भव केही हुँदैन” भन्ने भनाइलाई यस कार्यले साकार पारेको छ। भविष्यमा पनि यसै प्रकारको सहयोग र सहकार्य निरन्तर रहने विश्वास व्यक्त गर्दछौं।
अन्त्यमा, ५० केवजिङ बखिम GPU तथा श्री लोब्जाङ भुटिया ज्यूप्रति पुनः हार्दिक धन्यवाद व्यक्त गर्दछौं।

SMC Meeting Conducted at Dalep JHS (23rd February 2026)
Dalep Junior High School successfully conducted its first School Management Committee (SMC) meeting for the academic session 2026 under the guidance of Headmaster Mr. M.B. Rasily. The meeting was attended by the Headmaster, senior teachers, and respected SMC members.
Key issues discussed included the urgent need for repair/construction of the school boundary wall (as the area is earthquake-prone), toilet repairing, MDM kitchen renovation, demand for Child Care Assistant and Pre-Primary Teacher as per the provisions of the National Education Policy, requirement of dust-free floor mats, blankets, and Dunlop materials (application already submitted to the Hon’ble MLA, Barfung Constituency), science apparatus cupboard, fan installation.Further the applications to the concerned department were prepared.
The committee also discussed the long-pending land registration issue, proper and transparent utilization of school funds (pipe connection, tap installation, carpenter work), and follow-up regarding the pending vertical extension construction work.
The Headmaster emphasized that the safety and security of students remain the top priority and sought full cooperation from the SMC to place these matters before the concerned DC, CEO and MLA for necessary action.
Together, we remain committed to the holistic development and safety of our students.
