अग्नि सुरक्षा प्रदर्शन सम्बन्धी प्रतिवेदन

अग्नि सेवा सप्ताहको अवसरमा ०६ अप्रिल २०२६ का दिन रवाङ्ला फायर स्टेशनद्वारा दलेप/केवजिङ जुनियर हाई स्कूलमा अग्नि सुरक्षा सम्बन्धी प्रदर्शन कार्यक्रम आयोजना गरिएको थियो।
कार्यक्रम स्वागत मन्तव्यबाट सुरु भई उप–अग्नि अधिकृत श्री सूर्य प्रसाद शर्मा द्वारा अग्नि सुरक्षाबारे जानकारीमूलक प्रस्तुति प्रदान गरियो। उहाँले “आगो राम्रो नोकर हो तर नराम्रो मालिक हो” भन्ने सन्देश दिँदै आगो नियन्त्रण गर्न अक्सिजन, ताप वा इन्धनमध्ये कुनै एक तत्व हटाउनुपर्ने कुरा स्पष्ट पार्नुभयो।
उहाँले आगोका विभिन्न वर्गहरू (Class A, B, C, D, K) र तिनका लागि प्रयोग हुने उपयुक्त अग्नि निभाउने उपकरणहरूको बारेमा जानकारी दिनुभयो। साथै PASS (Pull, Aim, Squeeze, Sweep) र BLEVE जस्ता रणनीतिहरूको पनि व्याख्या गर्नुभयो।
व्यावहारिक सत्रमा LFM श्री पासाङ शेर्पा, LNK श्री धरनी दास प्रधान र SA श्री अनुप भुजेलले AFFF लगायत विभिन्न अग्नि निभाउने उपकरणहरूको प्रयोग प्रदर्शन गर्नुभयो। साथै उद्धार डोरी (Rescue Rope) को प्रयोग र सुरक्षित रूपमा बाँध्ने तरिका पनि सिकाइयो।
यो कार्यक्रम विद्यार्थी तथा शिक्षकहरूका लागि अत्यन्त जानकारीमूलक र सचेतनामूलक रह्यो। दलेप/केवजिङ JHS परिवार रवाङ्ला फायर स्टेशनप्रति हार्दिक आभार व्यक्त गर्दछ।

दलेप केवजिङ जुनियर हाई स्कूललाई ५० केवजिङ बखिम GPU द्वारा ३० मार्च २०२६ का दिन २ वटा गोडरेज अल्मिरा सहयोगस्वरूप प्रदान गरिएको जानकारी गराउन पाउँदा हामी अत्यन्त हर्षित छौं।
सम्पूर्ण दलेप विद्यालय परिवारको तर्फबाट पंचायत अध्यक्ष तथा विद्यालय व्यवस्थापन समिति (SMC) का अध्यक्ष श्री लोब्जाङ भुटिया ज्यूप्रति हार्दिक कृतज्ञता व्यक्त गर्दछौं। उहाँले PTM बैठकमा दिनुभएको प्रतिबद्धता अनुरूप केवल एक हप्ताभित्र विद्यालयको लामो समयदेखि रहेको भण्डारण अल्मिराको आवश्यकता पूरा गरिदिनु भएकोमा विशेष धन्यवाद व्यक्त गर्दछौं।
यो सहयोग शैक्षिक सत्र २०२६ को लागि आवश्यक पूर्वाधार विकासको पहिलो महत्वपूर्ण उपलब्धि हो। यसले विद्यालयका महत्वपूर्ण कागजात, शिक्षण–सामग्री तथा अन्य सामग्रीहरू सुरक्षित रूपमा व्यवस्थापन गर्न ठूलो सहयोग पुर्‍याउनेछ।
ग्रामीण विद्यालयको विकासका लागि गरिएको यस्तो छिटो निर्णय र सक्रिय कार्यान्वयन वास्तवमै प्रशंसनीय र अनुकरणीय छ। यसले नेतृत्वको दूरदर्शिता, प्रतिबद्धता तथा शिक्षाप्रतिको जिम्मेवारीलाई स्पष्ट रूपमा देखाउँछ।
“यदि इच्छा र प्रतिबद्धता भएमा असम्भव केही हुँदैन” भन्ने भनाइलाई यस कार्यले साकार पारेको छ। भविष्यमा पनि यसै प्रकारको सहयोग र सहकार्य निरन्तर रहने विश्वास व्यक्त गर्दछौं।
अन्त्यमा, ५० केवजिङ बखिम GPU तथा श्री लोब्जाङ भुटिया ज्यूप्रति पुनः हार्दिक धन्यवाद व्यक्त गर्दछौं।

SMC Meeting Conducted at Dalep JHS (23rd February 2026)
Dalep Junior High School successfully conducted its first School Management Committee (SMC) meeting for the academic session 2026 under the guidance of Headmaster Mr. M.B. Rasily. The meeting was attended by the Headmaster, senior teachers, and respected SMC members.
Key issues discussed included the urgent need for repair/construction of the school boundary wall (as the area is earthquake-prone), toilet repairing, MDM kitchen renovation, demand for Child Care Assistant and Pre-Primary Teacher as per the provisions of the National Education Policy, requirement of dust-free floor mats, blankets, and Dunlop materials (application already submitted to the Hon’ble MLA, Barfung Constituency), science apparatus cupboard, fan installation.Further the applications to the concerned department were prepared.
The committee also discussed the long-pending land registration issue, proper and transparent utilization of school funds (pipe connection, tap installation, carpenter work), and follow-up regarding the pending vertical extension construction work.
The Headmaster emphasized that the safety and security of students remain the top priority and sought full cooperation from the SMC to place these matters before the concerned DC, CEO and MLA for necessary action.
Together, we remain committed to the holistic development and safety of our students.

Dalep Junior High School successfully organized a farewell programme on 10th December 2025, in honour of the former Head Master, Shree Buddha Hang S***a, promoted as A.D., RMDD, Sombarai,West Sikkim. The programme was conducted with great respect, emotion, and joyful celebration.

The programme began with a welcome speech by ICT Teacher, Ma’am Naina Kala Sharma, followed by the offering of Khada to the invited guests as a mark of respect. The most honouring moment of the programme was the felicitation of Shree Buddha Hang S***a, which was graciously presented by Ma’am Sudeshna Lama, who also played a significant role in grooming the students for the cultural performances of the day.

Another touching moment was the offering of Khada as a scarf of memory from the students and school family, along with a token of love on behalf of D.J.H.S, presented by Ma’am Norjeem Lepcha. In return, Shree Buddha Hang S***a showed his kindness by contributing MDM plates and sweets for the students, for which the entire school family expressed heartfelt gratitude.

Our present Head Master, Shree M.B. Rasaily, shared his introduction and expressed sincere gratitude towards the outgoing Head Master. Shree Arjun Kumar Rai (In-Charge) highlighted the achievements and experiences of Shree Buddha Hang S***a during his tenure from 2023 to 2024.

The presence of the Panchayat President, 51 Kewzing–Bakhim, was considered very fortunate as he motivated the school for future development and also gifted sweets to the students. As a token of love, our respected Sarita Ma’am awarded cash prizes to the students.

The cultural programme transformed the emotional environment into a joyful celebration. The meaningful songs sung by the Outgoing H.M., Arjun Sir, the Panchayat President, SMC Member Mahabir, along with Pradeep and K.B. Bhai, filled the atmosphere with emotion and happiness.

In his farewell speech, Shree Buddha Hang S***a advised the students to be consistent, disciplined, and hardworking in order to achieve success in life.

The programme concluded successfully through the collaboration and cooperation of the Head Master, teaching and non-teaching staff, SMC members, guardians, and parents. The vote of thanks was delivered by Shree Manoj Rai, and the programme was gracefully anchored by M.C. Purnima Devi Rai. The programme was beautifully captured by the photographers Anil Rai and Manoj Rai.

The farewell programme was indeed a grand success and a memorable event in the history of Dalep Junior High School.

Dalep Junior High School celebrated Children’s Day 2025

Dalep Kewzing warmly celebrated Children’s Day on 14th November 2025 with great joy and enthusiasm. The programme began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp before the portrait of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, marking the spirit of the day.

Chief Guest Shree K. B. Rai, along with Panchayat Pratima Rai (Dalep Ward) and Panchayat Suk Maya Khati (Samsing Ward), and members of the SMC were present to withness todays program.

Respected H.M. Sir delivered a meaningful speech highlighting the significance of the day. Adding to the moment, Shree K. B. Rai shared heartfelt memories from his student life and recalled how Children’s Day celebrations first began in those days.

The event showcased vibrant cultural and sports activities under the in-chargeship of Sir Anil Rai, Ma’am Sudeshna Lama, Sir Pem Gyatsho, and Sir C. K. Rai. Children participated enthusiastically and enjoyed every moment. A fun “Dodge the Ball” game was also played under the guidance of Shree K. B. Rai.

To make the day even more special, delicious treats like Pani Puri and Jhal Muri—favourites of our children and suggested by our H.M. Sir—were served.

The programme concluded with the prize distribution ceremony, followed by a heartfelt Vote of Thanks presented by our ICT teacher Ma’am Naina Kala Sharma. The event was smoothly hosted by our M.C. Arjun Kr. Rai.

A big appreciation to all teaching and non-teaching staff for their sincere effort, teamwork, and dedication in making this Children’s Day truly memorable and enjoyable for our students.
