Grateful to Vikas Samvad Samiti for inviting me to the two-day District-Level Dialogue Workshop in Gumla, centered on nutrition security, livelihoods, agriculture, and governance.
Had the privilege of speaking on skill development and entrepreneurship, and chairing the agriculture panel—where ground-level insights on nutrition-sensitive, climate-resilient farming truly shone through.
Representing Agadhbodh Foundation, this aligned perfectly with our CSR-led livelihoods, entrepreneurship enablement, community capacity building, and last-mile implementation efforts. Dialogues bridging government, civil society, and communities are key to turning intent into real impact.
Sincere thanks to Vikas Samvad Samiti for the trust. Excited for future collaborations to drive district-level development! 🌱🤝

Fostering Conversations on Gender Equality at Netaji Subhas University, Jamshedpur 🌍💬
On 6th December 2025, an insightful Orientation Session was successfully conducted under PHIA Foundation’s “It’s Possible” Gender Equality Campaign, in collaboration with Agadhbodh Foundation at Netaji Subhas University, Jamshedpur.

Gender inequality is a persistent global challenge in today’s world. Women have always been treated as the second s*x, facing subordination, physical and s*xual harassment at home and workplaces and are denied even the basic rights. While women face the challenge of being the inferior s*x, the other gender identities remain unacknowledged and unidentified. Hence, there is a need to identify the ways of gender subordination and engage in discussions and dialogues towards gender sensitization to create a gender equitable environment. To cater to this need Mr. Pradeep Gupta, Founding Director&CEO of Agadhbodh Foundation signed an MoU with PHIA Foundation with its objective of jointly organizing workshops at college and community level in various districts of Jharkhand, primarily focusing on the youth groups. The aim is to create a safe space for youths to discuss, unravel and reflect on the ways and reasons for gender subordination, reaching out to about 300 youths, primarily men. The goal is to create a discourse with these Change Makers who will act as Campaign Ambassadors in the organisation and at the end of the journey will be felicitated with certificates.
