Dear Esteemed Associate Organizations and Business Partners,

Subject: Change of Dates for Jharkhand Imaging Expo A Warm Update.

I hope this message finds you well. We regret to inform you of a recent change regarding the dates for the upcoming Jharkhand Imaging Expo. Initially, we had planned to host the event at the Khelgaon Tana Bhagat Indoor Stadium on April 11, 12, and 13. Unfortunately, due to the announcement of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha's annual conference, our original booking was canceled by the government order.

However, we are pleased to share that we have received approval from the Khelgaon administration to hold the expo on April 8, 9, and 10. After careful consideration, we have decided to accept these revised dates and would like to confirm that the Jharkhand Imaging Expo will now be held on April 8, 9, and 10.

We completely understand that this unexpected change may cause some inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for any challenges this may present. We deeply value your continued support and understanding, and we remain committed to ensuring the success of this event.

Thank you once again for your patience and cooperation. We truly appreciate your partnership and look forward to a wonderful experience together.
