Delegation of forum of Civil Pensioners Association Jharkhand met His Excellency the Governor of Jharkhand today on 2nd September at Raj Bhawan and handed over memorandum to him for onward submission to Central Government and briefed him about passage of Validation amendment to CCS pension Rules through finance bill on 25th March and delay in formation of 8th CPC.
Hon'ble Governor gave patient hearing and assured the delegation to take action accordingly.
The Delegation consists of M.Z.Khan, State Secretary,SK Sinha, State President (Aiprpa), JS Behal, CK Singh (AIRRF) and Naresh Lal, AIBSNLPWA.

Civil pensioners Association met on 9.8.25 at Ranchi GPO and decided to organise State level convention on 24th August at Ranchi against validation clause to CCS pension Rules and delay in constituting 8th CPC after announcement made in January 25 by GOI.State executives meeting to be held on 17th August.
2 minutes silence was also observed to condole the death of Dishom Guru Shibu Soren,EX CM and MP( RS) under whose inspiring,Dynamic leadership Jharkhand state was come into existence on 15th November 2000. He was great leader of Jharkhand and dedicated his whole life for the betterment of Scheduled tribe and downtrodden and fought against capitalists and corporate.
