Democracy is the backbone of Society.The system develops at various stages of development as per the situation of Life and various systems developing to run the society.
Ayurvedic Sanatan Hindu Rastra Bharat is the Ist Rastra in the World, has a strong vision of Democracy and follows the Discipline of Natural developed technology of 16 Sanskar,Purity,four stage Life,Navdha Bhakti and Security.
Various system such as Troop or Criminal or Gunda Ta**ra (Troop Cracy or Crimocracy or Gundacracy),FamilyTa**ra(FamilyCracy),KisanTa**ra (FarmerCracy),TradeTa**ra (TradeCracy),CasteTa**ra(CasteCracy),TechnicalTa**ra(Technocracy),SanatanTa**ra(Santan Parampara),Community Ta**ra(Community Cracy),Societal Ta**ra(Societal Cracy),Village Ta**ra(Village Cracy),Panchayat Ta**ra(Panchayat Cracy),Jila Ta**ra(Jila Cracy),State Ta**ra(State Cracy),Raj Ta**ra (KingCracy),Praja Ta**ra(Democracy)have own discipline and performing in same discipline.
Every Ta**ra has its own discipline to run with limitations while Democracy has discipline which allows all people to participate in Government Formation.
लोकतंत्र समाज की रीढ़ है। व्यवस्था जीवन की स्थिति के अनुसार विकास के विभिन्न चरणों में विकसित होती है और समाज को चलाने के लिए विभिन्न प्रणालियाँ विकसित होती हैं।
आयुर्वेदिक सनातन हिंदू राष्ट्र भारत विश्व का प्रथम राष्ट्र है, लोकतंत्र की एक मजबूत दृष्टि रखता है और 16 संस्कार, पवित्रता, चार चरणों वाला जीवन, नवधा भक्ति और सुरक्षा की प्राकृतिक विकसित तकनीक के अनुशासन का पालन करता है।
विभिन्न प्रणालियाँ जैसे ट्रूप या क्रिमिनल या गुंडा तंत्र (ट्रूप क्रेसी या क्रिमोक्रेसी या गुंडाक्रेसी), फैमिलीतंत्र (फैमिलीक्रेसी), किसानतंत्र (फार्मरक्रेसी), ट्रेडतंत्र (ट्रेडक्रेसी), जातितंत्र (कास्टक्रेसी), टेक्निकलतंत्र (टेक्नोक्रेसी), सनातनतंत्र (संतान परंपरा), सामुदायिक तंत्र (सामुदायिक तंत्र), समाज तंत्र (समाज तंत्र), ग्राम तंत्र (ग्राम तंत्र), पंचायत तंत्र (पंचायत तंत्र), जिला तंत्र (जिला तंत्र), राज्य तंत्र (राज्य तंत्र), राज तंत्र (राजा तंत्र), प्रजा तंत्र (लोकतंत्र) का अपना अनुशासन है और उसी अनुशासन में काम कर रहे हैं।
प्रत्येक तंत्र में सीमाओं के साथ चलने का अपना अनुशासन होता है जबकि लोकतंत्र में अनुशासन होता है जो सभी लोगों को सरकार गठन में भाग लेने की अनुमति देता है।

लोकतंत्र का अनुशासन अन्य सभी तंत्रों की सीमा को अस्वीकार करता है।
Learning and Following of Panchsheel is the prime of Democracy which is essential to learn before the start of education in School or Gurukul by the UPNAYAN SANSKAR or INITIATION ACTIVITY or Learning of Panchsheel Anapana,Vipassana technology & Mangal Maitri or compulsory training should organized by the Country at District Level.
Aim of the country to create the Valuable Children,kanya Kumari,Wife Devotee of Husband and increase the Brahmin quality in all humans to create the most valuable Country in the World.
The Constitution is required to develop to create the Democratic is as under-
Involvement of every Man,Women and Transgender through the Street/Village/Communities Temple committee.Every Individual is always and naturally attached with the street/Village/Communities Temple & Math and every family should spend their minimum time of one hour in Temple daily.Register should be prepared by mandir Committee in all Math & Mandir.
Gurukul(School),Ayurvedic Hospital,Local Security,Local panch,Committee should be attached with the Street/Village/Communities Temple & Math Committee(Street Panchayat).
Gram Panchayat/Communities is essential with Minimum 500 stay in Math Mandir.
Every village people follow some discipline or area wise Panchsheel,hence they are eligible to develop the Gurukul or School in their own discipline,but practical training of 16 sanskar,Purity,four stages of life and Navdha Bhakti is the compulsory required.
District Panchayat required with Minimum 1000 stay Math Mandir.
Training of 2 years is the compulsory requirement for each individual who has an Aadhar Card for safety,knowledge,Love with Country and creating of Job,business etc.
State panchayat required with minimum 5000 stay in Math Mandir.
Country Panchayat required with Minimum 10000 stay in Math and Mandir.
World Panchayat required with Minimum 50,000 stay in Math and Mandir should be similarly developed to help the Street Math Mandir develop in a natural way from Individual to Parivar to Village and Village/Street/Communities Math Mandir.
Natural study such as Practical training from Upnishad of Jatkarma,Upnayan(for boy only),Panchsheel and practical training of Pranayam Kumbhak(Chapter-IV GITA),Equalizing the Respiration,Watching Inhaling and Outhaling(Dhyan),without taking response Watching of Inner Sensation and watching of outer Sensation (Pragya)((Chapter-V,VI,GITA) and Positive Energy to be transferred to the needy people to bring the situation of body in Drasta Bhav(Mangal Maitri)(Chapter-X,GITA) is compulsory for all new students joining the school or 2 year training session(From 15 year to 16 year at District Level)for Ist 11 days of starting of school,this should be done by the attached Temple.Other sanskar from Upanishad should be practically taught as a case study in school or in Gurukul from 6th year to 14 year by the various Acharya(Teacher),Pujari/Pandit of Mandir in 10 year length of time.
In house Joining of 11 days Initiation Programme(Based on Upanishad) organized by Training center either a server or Sadhak as described by Acharya is the compulsory activity for each individual(All Men Women and Transender)in their own District.
Safety,Security and Preservation is the requirement of each individual,family and village/communities,hence creation of jobs is the requirement of each Street/Village/Community Mandir.leads to Gram Panchayat ,District Panchayat ,State Panchayat and Country Panchayat.
Two systems of Government needed.
One is permanent(President,Governor,Rajya Sabha and Vidhan Parishad) from qualified people(In Leadership of Shankaracharya,Acharya includes Dalai Lama,Jain Muni(108),All President,All Prime Minister,All Governor,All Rajya Sabha Member,All Vidhan Parishad Member,All Head of three Army,GrihSwamini(108),All Registered Engineer from Institution of Engineers,All Registered Lawyer & Chartered Accountant,All Registered Architect,All Registered Ayurvedic Doctor,Researcher(PHD holder),Recognised Sadhu,Recognised Sant,Recognised Muni,Recognised Rishi and Recognised Maharishi.
And second is a temporary public vote to select the Prime Minister and Chief Minister from Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabha.
JUSTICE should co-relate to the Street/Village/Community Temple,No decision should be taken without concern of their local temple committee,Local Gurukul or School committee where people studied and District Training centre Committee under Acharya report.
District Court is the final destination for the people who has Aadhar Card,as every individual has to join every year 11 days Initiation programme in District Level hence case should be settled in 7 days.Case may delayed due to various psychological training. Case may delayed due to long term meditation of Anapan,Vipasana Technology and Mangal Maitri.
No case should delayed more than of 2 years.(In this 2 year family of the culprit should be under Government such that no one suffers from anything.)
State Level Court will disburse the case of other state people within 15 days who is with Aadhar card.Extra Ordinary case may delayed for various psychological training and long term meditation,but no case should delayed more than of 2 years(In this 2 year family of the culprit should be under Government such that no one suffer from any thing.
Country Court is for the International Culprit only or does not have Aadhar Card,case should be settled as per various trial and relation developed with that country.Court may move to the concerned country to know about the culprit person.Extra Ordinary case may delayed for various psychological training and long term meditation,but no case should delayed more than of 30 months (In this 30 months family of the culprit should be under Government such that family should not suffer from any thing.)
Naturally Death is not a punishment of any Culprit,hence based on case and discussion with various Acharya and Shankaracharya various psychological training with long term Vipassana meditation should be imparted to the Culprit to change their vision.
even this is required to to convert Culprit in Sant,sadhu or Muni specially in murder case.
After 30 months,the culprit should transfer to the Math for various seva for a maximum of 30 months,further handed over to the concerned country or in case culprit not changed their mind further action to be taken with knowledge of the concerned country.
Planning of Village-Gram Panchayat-Jila-State-Country depends upon the planning prepared at Local Temple Level of Village by the Local People committee of technical people for implementation in the concerned area.
Single Party System with allow of Independent Candidate in Election should be held at every 6 years of Lok sabha and Vidhan Sabha and 2 years for Rajya Sabha and Vidhan Parishad for one third candidate.No intermittent Election to be held in between.In any Emergency Rajya Sabha and Vidhan Parishad will lead the Government. and one individual can not continue for more than 12 years for a single position in Government.
पंचशील का सीखना और उसका पालन करना लोकतंत्र का प्रमुख है, जिसे स्कूल या गुरुकुल में शिक्षा शुरू करने से पहले उपनयन संस्कार या दीक्षा गतिविधि या पंचशील आनापान, विपश्यना तकनीक और मंगल मैत्री या अनिवार्य प्रशिक्षण की शिक्षा देश द्वारा आयोजित की जानी चाहिए। जिला स्तर पर.
देश का उद्देश्य मूल्यवान बच्चे, कन्या कुमारी, पति-भक्त पत्नी बनाना और सभी मनुष्यों में ब्राह्मण गुण बढ़ाकर दुनिया में सबसे मूल्यवान देश बनाना है।
डेमोक्रेटिक बनाने के लिए संविधान का विकास निम्नानुसार आवश्यक है-
सड़क/गांव/समुदाय मंदिर समिति के माध्यम से प्रत्येक पुरुष, महिला और ट्रांसजेंडर की भागीदारी। प्रत्येक व्यक्ति हमेशा और स्वाभाविक रूप से सड़क/गांव/समुदाय के मंदिर और मठ से जुड़ा होता है और प्रत्येक परिवार को प्रतिदिन अपना न्यूनतम एक घंटा मंदिर में बिताना चाहिए। सभी मठ-मंदिरों में मंदिर समिति द्वारा रजिस्टर तैयार किया जाना चाहिए।
गुरुकुल (स्कूल), आयुर्वेदिक अस्पताल, स्थानीय सुरक्षा, स्थानीय पंच, समिति को गली/गांव/समुदाय मंदिर और मठ समिति (स्ट्रीट पंचायत) के साथ जोड़ा जाना चाहिए।
ग्राम पंचायत/समुदाय के मठ मंदिर में न्यूनतम 500 लोगों का रहना आवश्यक है।
प्रत्येक गांव के लोग कुछ अनुशासन या क्षेत्रवार पंचशील का पालन करते हैं, इसलिए वे अपने अनुशासन में गुरुकुल या स्कूल विकसित करने के पात्र हैं, लेकिन 16 संस्कार, पवित्रता, जीवन के चार चरण और नवधा भक्ति का व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण अनिवार्य है।
जिला पंचायत को न्यूनतम 1000 ठहरने वाले मठ मंदिर की आवश्यकता है।
सुरक्षा, ज्ञान, देश प्रेम और नौकरी, व्यवसाय आदि के लिए आधार कार्ड रखने वाले प्रत्येक व्यक्ति के लिए 2 वर्ष का प्रशिक्षण अनिवार्य है।
राज्य पंचायत को मठ मंदिर में न्यूनतम 5000 ठहरने की आवश्यकता है।
मठ और मंदिर में न्यूनतम 10000 प्रवास के साथ देश पंचायत की आवश्यकता है।
विश्व पंचायत को मठ और मंदिर में कम से कम 50,000 लोगों के रहने की आवश्यकता है, इसी तरह सड़क मठ मंदिर को व्यक्तिगत से परिवार से लेकर गांव और गांव/गली/समुदाय मठ मंदिर तक प्राकृतिक तरीके से विकसित करने में मदद करने के लिए विकसित किया जाना चाहिए।
प्राकृतिक अध्ययन जैसे जातकर्म के उपनिषद से व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण, उपनयन (केवल लड़कों के लिए), पंचशील और प्राणायाम कुम्भक (अध्याय-IV गीता) का व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण, श्वसन को समान करना, श्वास लेना और छोड़ना (ध्यान) देखना, प्रतिक्रिया के बिना आंतरिक अध्ययन करना बाह्य संवेदना (प्रज्ञा)((अध्याय-V,VI,GITA) और सकारात्मक ऊर्जा को जरूरतमंद लोगों तक पहुंचाकर शरीर की स्थिति को द्रष्ट भाव (मंगल मैत्री)(अध्याय-X,GITA) में लाना है। स्कूल में शामिल होने वाले सभी नए छात्रों या 2 साल के प्रशिक्षण सत्र (जिला स्तर पर 15 वर्ष से 16 वर्ष तक) के लिए स्कूल शुरू होने के पहले 11 दिनों के लिए अनिवार्य है, यह संलग्न मंदिर द्वारा किया जाना चाहिए। उपनिषद के अन्य संस्कार व्यावहारिक रूप से सिखाए जाने चाहिए स्कूल या गुरुकुल में 6वें वर्ष से 14 वर्ष तक विभिन्न आचार्य (शिक्षक), मंदिर के पुजारी/पंडित द्वारा 10 वर्ष की अवधि में एक केस अध्ययन के रूप में।
जैसा कि आचार्य द्वारा वर्णित है, प्रशिक्षण केंद्र द्वारा या तो एक सर्वर या साधक द्वारा आयोजित 11 दिवसीय दीक्षा कार्यक्रम (उपनिषद पर आधारित) में शामिल होना प्रत्येक व्यक्ति (सभी पुरुष महिला और ट्रांसेंडर) के लिए अपने जिले में अनिवार्य गतिविधि है।
सुरक्षा, सुरक्षा और संरक्षण प्रत्येक व्यक्ति, परिवार और गांव/समुदाय की आवश्यकता है, इसलिए नौकरियों का सृजन प्रत्येक सड़क/गांव/सामुदायिक मंदिर की आवश्यकता है। यह ग्राम पंचायत, जिला पंचायत, राज्य पंचायत और देश पंचायत की ओर ले जाता है।
सरकार की दो प्रणालियों की आवश्यकता है।
योग्य लोगों में से एक स्थायी होता है (राष्ट्रपति, राज्यपाल, राज्य सभा और विधान परिषद) (शंकराचार्य के नेतृत्व में, आचार्य में दलाई लामा, जैन मुनि (108), सभी राष्ट्रपति, सभी प्रधान मंत्री, सभी राज्यपाल, सभी राज्यसभा सदस्य, सभी शामिल हैं विधान परिषद सदस्य, तीनों सेनाओं के सभी प्रमुख, गृहस्वामिनी (108), इंस्टीट्यूशन ऑफ इंजीनियर्स के सभी पंजीकृत इंजीनियर, सभी पंजीकृत वकील और चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट, सभी पंजीकृत वास्तुकार, सभी पंजीकृत आयुर्वेदिक डॉक्टर, शोधकर्ता (पीएचडी धारक), मान्यता प्राप्त साधु, मान्यता प्राप्त संत ,पहचाने गए मुनि,पहचाने हुए ऋषि और पहचाने गए महर्षि।
और दूसरा लोकसभा और विधानसभा से प्रधान मंत्री और मुख्यमंत्री का चयन करने के लिए एक अस्थायी सार्वजनिक वोट है।
न्याय को सड़क/गांव/सामुदायिक मंदिर से सह-संबंधित होना चाहिए, कोई भी निर्णय उनकी स्थानीय मंदिर समिति, स्थानीय गुरुकुल या स्कूल समिति जहां लोगों ने अध्ययन किया है और आचार्य रिपोर्ट के तहत जिला प्रशिक्षण केंद्र समिति की चिंता के बिना नहीं लिया जाना चाहिए।
जिला न्यायालय उन लोगों के लिए अंतिम गंतव्य है जिनके पास आधार कार्ड है, क्योंकि प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को हर साल जिला स्तर पर 11 दिवसीय दीक्षा कार्यक्रम में शामिल होना पड़ता है, इसलिए मामले को 7 दिनों में निपटाया जाना चाहिए। विभिन्न मनोवैज्ञानिक प्रशिक्षण के कारण मामले में देरी हो सकती है। अनापान, विपासना तकनीक और मंगल मैत्री की दीर्घकालिक साधना के कारण मामले में देरी हो सकती है।
किसी भी मामले में 2 वर्ष से अधिक की देरी नहीं होनी चाहिए। (इस 2 वर्ष में अपराधी का परिवार सरकार के अधीन होना चाहिए ताकि किसी को कोई कष्ट न हो।)
राज्य स्तरीय न्यायालय अन्य राज्य के उन लोगों के मामले का निपटारा 15 दिनों के भीतर करेगा जिनके पास आधार कार्ड है। विभिन्न मनोवैज्ञानिक प्रशिक्षण और दीर्घकालिक ध्यान के लिए असाधारण मामले में देरी हो सकती है, लेकिन किसी भी मामले में 2 साल से अधिक की देरी नहीं होनी चाहिए (इस 2 साल के परिवार में) अपराधी को सरकार के अधीन होना चाहिए ताकि किसी को कोई कष्ट न हो।
देश का न्यायालय केवल अंतर्राष्ट्रीय अपराधी के लिए है या उसके पास आधार कार्ड नहीं है, मामले को उस देश के साथ विकसित विभिन्न परीक्षणों और संबंधों के अनुसार निपटाया जाना चाहिए। दोषी व्यक्ति के बारे में जानने के लिए न्यायालय संबंधित देश में जा सकता है। असाधारण मामले में देरी हो सकती है विभिन्न मनोवैज्ञानिक प्रशिक्षण और दीर्घकालिक ध्यान, लेकिन किसी भी मामले में 30 महीने से अधिक की देरी नहीं होनी चाहिए (इस 30 महीने में अपराधी का परिवार सरकार के अधीन होना चाहिए ताकि परिवार को किसी भी चीज से पीड़ित न होना पड़े।)
स्वाभाविक रूप से मृत्यु किसी भी अपराधी के लिए सजा नहीं है, इसलिए मामले और विभिन्न आचार्यों और शंकराचार्यों के साथ चर्चा के आधार पर अपराधी को उनकी दृष्टि बदलने के लिए दीर्घकालिक विपश्यना ध्यान के साथ विभिन्न मनोवैज्ञानिक प्रशिक्षण दिए जाने चाहिए।
यहां तक कि अपराधी को संत, साधु या मुनि में परिवर्तित करने के लिए भी इसकी आवश्यकता होती है, विशेष रूप से हत्या के मामले में।
30 महीनों के बाद, अपराधी को अधिकतम 30 महीनों के लिए विभिन्न सेवाओं के लिए मठ में स्थानांतरित कर दिया जाना चाहिए, आगे संबंधित देश को सौंप दिया जाना चाहिए या यदि अपराधी ने अपना मन नहीं बदला है तो संबंधित देश की जानकारी में आगे की कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
2. ग्राम-ग्राम पंचायत-जिला-राज्य-देश की योजना संबंधित क्षेत्र में कार्यान्वयन के लिए तकनीकी लोगों की स्थानीय लोगों की समिति द्वारा गांव के स्थानीय मंदिर स्तर पर तैयार की गई योजना पर निर्भर करती है।
2. एकल दल प्रणाली के तहत चुनाव में स्वतंत्र उम्मीदवार को अनुमति के साथ लोकसभा और विधानसभा के लिए हर 6 साल पर और राज्यसभा और विधान परिषद के लिए 2 साल में एक तिहाई उम्मीदवार के लिए चुनाव होना चाहिए। बीच में कोई रुक-रुक कर चुनाव नहीं होना चाहिए। किसी भी आपातकालीन स्थिति में राज्य सभा और विधान परिषद सरकार का नेतृत्व करेंगे. और एक व्यक्ति सरकार में एक पद पर 12 वर्ष से अधिक समय तक नहीं रह सकता है।
