Eligibility Criteria:
• Aptitude: Must possess a sound mind and a disciplined, professional temperament.
• Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Computer Operations and Accountancy.
• Typing: Proficiency in touch-typing using both hands is highly prioritized.
• Cultural & Ethical Requirements: "Candidates must be Brahmin by nature, behavior, and dietary habits—diligent, honest, and non-violent. Preference will not be given to those who are Brahmin by caste alone. While those who are Brahmin by both birth and temperament are also welcome, "However, no exemptions from the rules will be granted to them." Only those with pure conduct should apply for the interview."Lifestyle: Must be strictly Vegetarian.
• Abstinence: Zero tolerance for smoking, to***co, alcohol, or any form of drug use.
Values While those who are Brahmin by birth are also welcome, but we prioritize candidates who embody Sattvic values and intellectual integrity.
• Age Limit: No bar (Usually Open to eligible Physically, Mentally & Emotionally Young minded candidates from 17 to 99 years of age & in especial cases any age).
Terms of Engagement:
1. Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM. A nominal incentive will be provided for extra hours in special cases. (All Central Govt. Holidays’ Applies).
2. Tenure: Initial term of 11 months. During this period, the individual is expected to serve as a responsible and dedicated member of the Federation family. Extension for the next term is subject to performance analysis.
3. Honorarium: A flat monthly honorarium of ₹10,000/- will be provided to the selected candidate.
4. Direct Reporting authority- He or She will directly report to the IDG-Cum-Technical In-charge, YFI, E-mail- [email protected]

पात्रता मानदंड (Eligibility Criteria):
• अभिरुचि: स्वस्थ मस्तिष्क और अनुशासित, पेशेवर स्वभाव होना अनिवार्य है।
• तकनीकी कौशल: कंप्यूटर संचालन और अकाउंटेंसी (लेखाविधि) का अच्छा ज्ञान।
• टाइपिंग: दोनों हाथों से टच-टाइपिंग करने में दक्षता को उच्च प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
• सांस्कृतिक एवं नैतिक आवश्यकताएं: अभ्यर्थी स्वभाव, व्यवहार और खान-पान से ब्राह्मण, कर्मठ, ईमानदार एवं अहिंसक होना अनिवार्य है। केवल जाति से ब्राह्मण होने पर प्राथमिकता नहीं मिलेगी। यदि आप जन्म और स्वभाव दोनों से ब्राह्मण हैं, तब भी आपका स्वागत है, किंतु नियमों में कोई छूट नहीं दी जाएगी। केवल शुद्ध आचरण वाले ही साक्षात्कार के लिए आवेदन करें।
• जीवनशैली: अनिवार्य रूप से पूर्णतः शाकाहारी होना आवश्यक है।
• व्यसन मुक्ति: धूम्रपान, तंबाकू, शराब या किसी भी प्रकार के नशीले पदार्थों के सेवन के प्रति जीरो टॉलरेंस (पूर्णतः वर्जित)।
• मूल्य: यद्यपि जन्म से ब्राह्मण अभ्यर्थियों का भी स्वागत है, किंतु हम उन उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता देते हैं जो सात्विक मूल्यों और बौद्धिक अखंडता को आत्मसात करते हैं।
• आयु सीमा: कोई बंधन नहीं (आमतौर पर 17 से 99 वर्ष के शारीरिक, मानसिक और भावनात्मक रूप से युवा सोच वाले उम्मीदवारों के लिए खुला है; विशेष मामलों में किसी भी आयु के लोग पात्र हैं)।
नियोजन की शर्तें:
1. कार्य समय: सुबह 10:00 बजे से शाम 05:00 बजे तक। विशेष मामलों में अतिरिक्त घंटों के लिए मामूली प्रोत्साहन राशि (Incentive) दी जाएगी। (सभी केंद्र सरकार के अवकाश लागू होंगे)।
2. कार्यकाल: प्रारंभिक अवधि 11 महीने। इस दौरान व्यक्ति से फेडरेशन परिवार के एक जिम्मेदार और समर्पित सदस्य के रूप में सेवा करने की अपेक्षा की जाती है। विस्तार प्रदर्शन के विश्लेषण पर निर्भर करेगा।
3. मानदेय: चयनित उम्मीदवार को ₹10,000/- प्रति माह का निश्चित मानदेय दिया जाएगा।
4. रिपोर्टिंग: वह सीधे IDG-सह-तकनीकी प्रभारी, YFI को रिपोर्ट करेंगे। (ई-मेल: [email protected])

अपना हिंदी या अंग्रेजी CV (बायोडाटा) कंप्यूटर टाइपिंग फॉर्मेट में (रंगीन फोटो के साथ) हमें ई-मेल करें। साथ ही निम्नलिखित दो चीजें संलग्न करना अनिवार्य है: -
