Learning Together for Stronger Communities | GROW+ Convening 2026
KSRA was honoured to participate in the two-day GROW+ Convening on Collective Learning for Resilient Organisations and Landscapes, held on 28–29 July 2026 in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

The convening brought together community-led organisations from the Peninsular Plateau and Desert Landscapes to exchange knowledge, reflect on field experiences, and strengthen collaborative approaches for building resilient communities and landscapes.
The two-day learning platform provided valuable insights that will help KSRA further strengthen its community-led interventions in Jharkhand.
Key Learnings:
* Understanding community realities, interconnected climate risks, and local pressure points to design context-specific and community-led programmes.
* Strengthening organisational systems through reflective programme design, peer learning, improved planning, and adaptive organisational practices.
* Learning from the experiences of partner organisations working across diverse landscapes and exploring innovative approaches to climate resilience, livelihoods, and institutional strengthening.
* KSRA extends its sincere gratitude to the GROW+ Fund and all partner organisations for providing this enriching platform for learning, dialogue, and knowledge exchange. The insights and relationships built through the convening will continue to strengthen KSRA's efforts towards community-led governance, sustainable natural resource management, and climate-resilient livelihoods across Jharkhand.

बच्चों का बचपन सुरक्षित रहे, यही हमारा संकल्प है।
बाल विवाह, बाल शोषण और तस्करी के खिलाफ यह लड़ाई अकेले संभव नहीं थी।
Just Rights for Children (JRC) के सहयोग से हम कई बच्चों को सुरक्षित भविष्य दे पाए हैं और कई बाल विवाह रोक सके हैं।
JRC का हिस्सा बनना हमारे लिए ताक़त, दिशा और भरोसे का प्रतीक है।
