A dark and deeply sorrowful day for mountaineers everywhere. The loss of ten climbers on Broad Peak is a heartbreaking reminder of the fragility of life on the highest peaks. Nimsdai Purja
From all of us at Ideate Inspire Ignite Foundation, our thoughts and prayers are with their families, friends, and teammates. Rest in peace, brave souls.
Meeting a Mount Everester for the first time leaves an indelible mark. Hosting over 50 seasoned alpine mountaineers and Everest summiteers in Ranchi across 2023, 2024, and 2025 has created unforgettable memories and a legacy we will cherish year after year.
Among these legendary figures, we had the honor of welcoming Tenzing Jamling and Peter Hillary, sons of the iconic Tenzing Norgay and Sir Edmund Hillary. We also deeply wished to host Nirmal "Nims" Purja, a true living legend whose achievements pushed the boundaries of human potential.
We are heartbroken by the devastating news from the Karakoram Range. Nims Dai and his 10-member team tragically lost their lives in a massive avalanche at 6,000 meters while scaling Broad Peak. Words cannot express the grief of this immense loss to the mountaineering world.
You will forever be missed and remembered. Rest in peace, legends.

Happy Everest Summit Day 🏔️

On this special day, i3 Foundation extends heartfelt gratitude to all the Everest Summiteers who came to Ranchi and inspired everyone with their incredible journeys of courage, resilience, and determination.

A special tribute to the legendary Sir Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay, the first Everest Summiteers whose historic achievement became a symbol of human courage and determination for the entire world. We are also deeply honoured that Jamling Tenzing Norgay, son of Tenzing Norgay, has always been a cherished part of the Everest Summit held in Ranchi.

Your stories, experiences, and spirit of never giving up continue to inspire countless young minds to dream bigger and believe that no mountain is impossible to climb.

Flashback to Everest Summit 2023 ⛰️

An inspiring moment with Megha Parmar at the Everest Summit Event organized by i3 Foundation.

From the heartland to the highest peaks and even the deepest waters, Megha Parmar’s journey is nothing short of extraordinary. She created history by summiting Mount Everest and completing a technical scuba dive up to 45 meters — a rare combination of courage above and below sea level.

🏔️ She went on to conquer Mount Elbrus (Europe’s highest peak) in 2019 and Mount Kosciuszko (Australia’s highest peak) in 2020, along with scaling Island Peak before standing atop Everest in 2018.

Beyond her achievements, she is also an ambassador of the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Abhiyan in Madhya Pradesh, inspiring women to break barriers and chase their dreams fearlessly.

✨ Her journey is a powerful reminder — limits exist only in the mind.

From a homemaker to conquering the highest peaks of the world — an extraordinary journey of determination. ⛰️

Flashback to 20th August 2023, when the i3 Foundation organized its first Everest Summit Event, featuring the inspiring story of Premlata Agarwal.

Premlata Agarwal is the first Indian woman to scale the Seven Summits, the highest peaks across all seven continents, including the iconic Mount Everest.

Her remarkable achievements in mountaineering have earned her some of India’s most prestigious honors, including the Padma Shri in 2013, the Tenzing Norgay National Adventure Award in 2017, and the Tenzing Norgay Excellence Award in 2025.

During this event, she shared her powerful journey of courage, perseverance, and believing in dreams — inspiring everyone present to push beyond their limits.
