Behind Every Impactful Initiative, There Are Women Leading the Change.

At SP Seva Sansthan Foundation, women are not only part of our mission — they are the driving force behind it.

From decision-making and leadership to on-ground community engagement, women in our organization are leading efforts that create meaningful change every day. Their dedication, empathy, and commitment help us reach communities and strengthen initiatives focused on women’s health, dignity, and empowerment.

Their work goes beyond programs — it is about building trust, inspiring confidence, and creating opportunities for other women and girls to live healthier and more empowered lives.

Jigar Vaishnav, Founder & Executive Director of SPSS Foundation, says:
"When women lead change, communities grow stronger. At SPSS Foundation, their leadership and commitment are the true strength of our work."

On this International Women’s Day, we celebrate the women who continue to inspire change, build resilience, and shape a better future.

✨ Happy International Women’s Day!

🌈 When Colors Bring Smiles… Holi at the Kids Learning Center

For many children, festivals are moments they wait for all year — a day filled with colors, laughter, and pure happiness. This Holi, the Kids Learning Center of SPSS Foundation was filled with exactly that spirit.

Children came together with bright smiles, playing with colors, laughing freely, and celebrating the joy of togetherness. For them, it was not just a festival — it was a moment of feeling seen, loved, and part of a caring community.

Watching their excitement reminded us that sometimes the simplest celebrations create the most beautiful memories. A handful of colors, shared laughter, and a safe space to celebrate can light up a child’s world.

At SPSS Foundation, we believe that nurturing children goes beyond education. It is also about creating moments of happiness, building confidence, and ensuring every child experiences the joy they deserve.

These smiling faces covered in colors are a beautiful reminder of why we do what we do — because every child deserves a childhood full of hope, laughter, and bright possibilities.

Wishing everyone a joyful and colorful Holi!

Together for Menstrual Health, Dignity & Sustainable Change

Menstrual health is still a silent struggle for thousands of girls and women in rural villages, government schools, and urban slum communities. Lack of awareness and access often leads to absenteeism, infections, and loss of confidence.

To address this, SPSS Foundation and Baala, in partnership with WattPower Systems Pvt. Ltd., are implementing a focused Menstrual Health & Hygiene Management (MHHM) Awareness & Distribution Program as a purpose-led social impact initiative.

Through interactive workshops, we conduct education sessions and distribute reusable Baala pads and illustrated booklets, promoting safe, affordable, and eco-friendly menstrual solutions.

January Progress (On-ground impact)

Rajsamand, Rajasthan (Rural villages & Govt. Schools)
• 14 workshops
• 822 beneficiaries

Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Urban slum communities)
• 11 workshops
• 933 beneficiaries

Total in January: 1,755 women & girls reached
And this is just the beginning — we are steadily moving toward our 4,000 beneficiary goal.

Each session helps us:
- Break myths & taboos
- Improve hygiene practices
- Build confidence
- Ensure sustainable access to menstrual products

We value our partnership with WattPower Systems Pvt. Ltd. and Baala, whose collaboration enables us to create lasting impact — one community, one workshop, one girl at a time.

The journey continues…

Menstrual Health Cannot Wait — It Is a Fundamental Right.

Across India, thousands of girls still face barriers in education and health simply because schools lack adequate menstrual hygiene support systems. What should be normal continues to become a reason for absence, discomfort, and silent struggle.

The Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, recognizing menstrual health under Article 21 — Right to Life and Dignity, has reinforced an important message:
👉 Safe menstrual health support in schools is not optional — it is essential.

At SP Seva Sansthan (SPSS) Foundation, we are working on the ground to bridge this gap through awareness, school engagement, and community-led interventions that promote dignity, access, and informed choices for adolescent girls.

But systemic change requires collective responsibility.

We invite institutions, CSR partners, policymakers, educators, and development organizations to join hands, support, and collaborate in creating menstruation-friendly schools and equitable learning environments.

Because when a girl feels safe and supported during menstruation, she stays in school, participates confidently, and moves closer to her full potential.

🌱 Change begins with collaboration.
🤝 Let’s build solutions together.
