"Supercops โ 2024" โ 5 Days training program for Rajkot traffic wardens
Rajkot Management Association in collaboration with Rajkot City Traffic Police, has been successfully concluded 5 Days training program "Supercops โ 2024" for traffic wardens between 1st to 5th August, 2024.
Under the leadership of Jayen Kotecha (President โ RMA), the dedicated efforts of Raju Bhai Hariyani (Vice President, Community) and Mehul Bhai Jamang (Executive Council Member) were pivotal in the success of this event. Special appreciation was extended to Rajkot Police Commissioner Mr. Brajesh Jha, Additional Police Commissioner Mr. Mahendra Bagadiya, DCP Pooja Yadav, and City Traffic ACP Mr. J.B. Gadhvi for their unwavering support and inspiration.
The program offered training to approximately 110 traffic wardens, conducted by expert trainers and members of the Rajkot Management Association, including Dinesh Kakkad, Vishal Sarvaiya, Dr. Darshana Vithlani, Dharti Rathod, Dr. Bhumika Achanani, Vaishali Parekh, Bindiya Chauhan, and Kaushal Pandya. The training covered a range of topics, including psychological, social, professional, and ethical aspects, aimed at enhancing the wardens' overall efficiency and effectiveness.
City Traffic ACP Mr. J.B. Gadhvi praised the program for its positive impact on both the professional and personal lives of the wardens, and invited RMA to conduct more such initiatives.
Jayen Kotecha (President โ RMA), stated that the association is committed to improving the skills of traffic wardens and is dedicated to assisting in solving traffic issues in Rajkot city for the benefit of society.
Both the Rajkot Management Association and Rajkot City Traffic Police extended their gratitude to all the experts and speakers for their contributions and expressed hope for continued collaboration in the future. The traffic wardens participated enthusiastically and actively, excelling in physical capabilities and traffic management, which will contribute to smoother traffic operations in the city.
Under the guidance of City Traffic ACP Mr. J.B. Gadhvi, ASI Inayatbhai, PC Jyotiben, and Technician Praveenbhai from the Rajkot Traffic Police Training Center, along with retired RTO officer Mr. J.V. Shah, provided significant support in making the program a success.
The Chairman of Rajkot Management Association, Dr. Kalpit Sanghvi, Secretary Dinesh Kakad, and esteemed members Dinkar Desai, Sushilkumar Naidu, Jayant Jammuar, Vishal Sarvaiya, and Janish Padiya were present and provided guidance and support.
