We are happy to share that Government of Gujarat has approved the screening of our adolescent health education film, “ Torch for Teenage Girls” in public schools across the state.
We are also pleased to tell you that FOGSI (Federation of Obstetric and Gynaecological Societies of India) has appreciated Torch for Teenage Girls and recommended its viewing to adolescent and youth of the country.
Adolescence is the age from 10 to 19 years, when many physical, mental, emotional, sexual, social and spiritual changes happen. This journey where an innocent child walks on the path of adolescence and becomes a responsible adult is usually unfamiliar and dark due to the lack of accurate scientific knowledge. This film shines a light on that path, sharing the required scientific information about health and sexuality. It makes girls confident and responsible and helps them make the right choices.
We will be providing this information by posting videos on important topics at regular intervals on social media [ Instagram : Sahaj.care, FB : Sahajcare ].It would mean a lot to us if you could share these videos and help spread scientific information to more girls and women.
