Happy Independance Day to all.

This Independance day has one thing special as it is Friday. Infact Friday is our Indepedance day because 15-08-1947 was also Friday. Hence this year both Day and date of Independance are being celebrated.

I am delighted to share that an amount of ₹15 lakhs has been approved and sanctioned for much-needed electrical infrastructure in Ghambir Mughlan, Tehsil Manjakote, District Rajouri. This includes the installation of a 25 KV transformer for Mohalla Bakhri in Gugli, Ghambir Mughlan‑C, as well as other electrical infrastructure including electric poles with allied material for families residing in Panchayat Ghambir Mughlan‑A and B.

The people of these areas approached Jammu Kashmir Human Development Foundation (Regd.) (JKHDF) with their demands, following which we officially represented their case to the concerned authorities in writing.

I extend my sincere thanks to Sh. Yaseen Choudhary (IAS), Managing Director, Jammu Power Distribution Corporation Ltd., for addressing our appeal with urgency and empathy.

An important meeting of prominent citizens of the Ghambir Mughlan was held today under the chairmanship of Sayeed Mughal, Chairman of J&K Human Development Foundation (JKHDF). The meeting, called on short notice through social media, saw the participation of several respectable citizens who gathered to discuss the developmental challenges in the region.

Addressing the gathering, Sayeed Mughal expressed serious concerns over the various obstacles hindering the area's progress. He highlighted that certain miscreants were attempting to create hurdles in development and issued a strong warning against any such actions. “We will not allow anyone to disturb the progress of our area.Whoever tries to hinder our progress will be given a befitting response".

The people appreciated the continuous efforts of JKHDF and its chairman for taking a firm stand on developmental issues. Several citizens urged Sayeed Mughal to conduct such meetings regularly, at least once a month, to keep the momentum going and ensure progress. They assured their full support for all future initiatives and requested the chairman to continue working for the area's development through the NGO.

The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks from Sayeed Mughal, who acknowledged the overwhelming support from the public. Citizens pledged their full backing to the foundation, asserting their commitment to standing firm against any forces working against the development of Ghambir Mughlan.

Meeting of Chairman JKHDF Mr. Sayeed Mughal with Mohammad Aijaz Asad (IAS) Secretary Rural Development and Panchayati Raj J&K, and CEO Jk Economic Reconstruction Agency discussing several important issues, including the road project from Ghulati to Ghambir Mughlan under the World Bank initiative. He assured of a personal visit to the site to verify the work done.
