The facilitator used models and visual explanations to help participants better understand the *biological processes behind periods, while also addressing common myths and misconceptions surrounding menstruation* .
Different *menstrual hygiene products* were introduced and discussed, along with their *safe usage and disposal* . The session also *highlighted the environmental impact of plastic sanitary pads* and encouraged students to explore *eco-friendly and sustainable alternatives* .
Female staff members also attended the session, making it a *shared learning experience* . The interactive format of the session encouraged both students and teachers to open up and ask questions. Many participants later interacted further with the facilitator to clarify their doubts.
