Dear All,

We are immensely pleased to share yet another proud milestone in the journey of our Federation — the successful acquisition of land for the proposed Federation Guest House at Tirupati, the sacred abode of Lord Venkateswara Balaji and one of the most revered pilgrimage destinations in the country.

The Federation has acquired a land parcel measuring 2160 sq. ft., strategically located approximately 10 kms from Tirupati Airport and 4 kms from Tirupati Railway Station, ensuring convenient accessibility for members and their families visiting for darshan.

We are happy to inform that the registration formalities have been successfully completed, and construction work for the Guest House will commence shortly. The proposed facility is being envisioned as a serene and member-centric space catering to the needs of our officers’ fraternity visiting Tirupati from different parts of the country.

This initiative reflects the Federation’s continuing commitment towards strengthening welfare objectives and creating meaningful facilities for the benefit of members and their families.Such achievements are possible only because of the unwavering trust, unity, and support extended by our members across the country. We express our heartfelt gratitude to all our members & well-wishers whose encouragement continues to inspire the Federation in pursuing welfare-oriented initiatives.

We are delighted to share a proud milestone in the journey of our Federation — the successful acquisition of a beautiful villa (guest house) at a prime location in Kadamba Plateau,Next to Gera School near Panaji. Nestled in the heart of Goa, Panaji reflects a rich blend of Indo-Portuguese heritage and serene Goan charm, making it an ideal retreat for our members.

The Sale Deed has been duly executed today at the Panjim Registrar Office by our esteemed leadership — Com. Nilesh Pawar Ji (General Secretary), Com. Nageshwar Galeti Ji (President), and Com. Shvetang Trivedi Ji (Working President). The villa will shortly be enhanced with necessary civil works and opened for the service of our officers fraternity.

We are equally pleased to inform that the Federation is in the process of acquiring land for constructing a guest house at Tirupati — home to the revered Lord Venkateswara Temple, one of the most sacred pilgrimage destinations in India, symbolizing faith and devotion for millions.

कॉमरेड्स,

खरं पाहायला गेलं तर हा प्लॅटफॉर्म शोक संदेश देण्यासाठी नाही परंतु आपल्या मुलांच्या उत्तम आरोग्यासाठी पालक किती अथक प्रयत्न करतात तसेच आपल्या कॉमेरेडच्या वाईट काळात असोसिएशन व अधिकाऱ्याच्या वाईट काळात बॅंक कशी आपल्या कर्मचाऱ्यासोबत उभी राहते हे आपणास या लेखात दर्शवून इच्छितोय.

काल रात्री श्री नर्सिंग बसपुरे यांच्या कन्या कु निधी बसपुरे (वय: दीड वर्ष )यांचं मुबईतील एका नामांकित हॉस्पिटल मध्ये उपचारा दरम्यान निधन झालं, निधी ला (oestophasis) म्हणजे मेंदूपासून डोळ्याला जोडणारी वायर ठीक नसल्याने जन्मापासून दृष्टी नव्हती त्यासाठी डॉक्टरांनी BMT (Bone marrow transplant) करण्यास सांगितले व त्याप्रमाणे ते मुंबई ला गेले. त्यासाठी त्यांना कमीत कमी बाळासह सहा महिने तिथे राहणे बंधनकारक होते पण त्यांच्याकडे तेवढ्या सुट्ट्या नव्हत्या त्यासाठी नर्सिंग नी मुंबई मध्ये तात्पुरती deputation देण्याची विनंती ZM श्री मंत्री साहेबाना केली व एका क्षणाचाही विचार न करता साहेबांनी त्याची विनंती हेड ऑफिस HR ला पाठवली, परंतु आता प्रश्न आला की हेड ऑफिस ला बोलणार कोण त्यासाठी कॉमरेड श्री प्रमोद शिंदे सर व कॉमरेड श्री अमोल सांगळे सरांनी फेडरेशन चे GS कॉमरेड श्री निलेश पवार यांना तिथे (HR ला) बोलण्यासाठी विनंती केली व त्यांच्या विनंतीला मान देऊन नर्सिंग यांना हेड ऑफिस ने हॉस्पिटल जवळील वडाळा शाखा दिली जेणेकरून त्याला हॉस्पिटल मध्ये लवकर पोहचता येईल.

या पूर्ण प्रोसेस मध्ये मी खालील बिंदूवर कटाक्ष टाकतो की :
1. अससोसिएशन आपल्या प्रत्येक कॉमरेड बद्दल असाच विचार करते की आपण त्याच्या अडचणीत सोबत उभं राहील पाहिजे. त्यांचे हे प्रयत्न खरंच प्रशंसा करण्यायोग्य आहेत.
1. बॅंक आपल्या कर्मचाऱ्यांसाठी योग्य ती adjustment योग्यत्यावेळेला नेहमी करते.
2. ⁠आई-वडील आपल्या लहानग्या मुलाला जीवनदान देण्यासाठी किती प्रयत्न करू शकतात हे एक आदर्श उदाहरण श्री नर्सिंग व त्यांच्यासोबत तेवढ्याच धाडसाने उभ्या असणाऱ्या त्यांच्या अर्धांगिनी सौं. सुप्रिया बसपुरे नी दिलं आहे.
3. ⁠या हॉस्पिटल च्या अथांग खर्चात नक्कीच पालका एवढं नाही परंतु मोठं योगदान आपल्या बँकेने केलंय, पण हे खरंच अशा वेळेला अमूल्य वान असतं.

कधी-कधी आपण केलेल्या अथक प्रयत्नांना यश येत नाही, नेमकं तसंच झालं एका यशस्वी ऑपेरेशन च्या तीन महिन्या नंतर काही post operational dificulty मध्ये कु निधीचं दुर्दैवी निधन झालं.

मी असोसिएशन, बॅंक, मुलाचे पालक व मॅनॅजमेण्ट ने केलेले प्रयत्न जवळून पाहत होतो आणि ते या सर्वांचे प्रयत्न आपल्या अधिकारी/कॉमरेड ला कळावे म्हणून हा लेख लिहला.

सरते शेवटी मी एवढेच म्हणतो की,

बॅंक है तो असोसिएशन है,
असोसिएशन और बॅंक है तो हम और हमारा परिवार है!

परत एकदा निधीच्या या दुर्दैवी निधनाबद्दल दुःख व्यक्त करतो, ईश्वर बसपुरे परिवाराला दुःखातून सावरण्याची शक्ती देवो.

This achievement is a matter of great relief and happiness for many officers and their families.

We sincerely thank the Federation Leadership, especially Com. Nileshji Pawar, for their continuous efforts and committed follow-up. This year, 1,613 retransfer requests have been approved—truly a significant milestone. Furthermore, requests under Scale IV have also been considered.

Such a remarkable achievement is possible only in our Bank, due to the strength of our mighty Federation, dedicated leadership, and, most importantly, our collective unity.
