Every child deserves the healthiest possible start to life, and breastfeeding plays a vital role in making that possible.
Breastfeeding provides essential nutrition, strengthens immunity, and supports healthy growth and development during the early years of life. It is one of the simplest yet most impactful ways to build a healthier future for children.
At TPAF, we believe that creating awareness about maternal and child health is an important step towards stronger, healthier communities.
This World Breastfeeding Week, let us support, encourage, and empower every mother on her breastfeeding journey.

Every child in need of transplant deserves a fighting chance, a gentle touch, and a place where healing feels like home.

The newly inaugurated Pediatric Transplant Unit at Mirayee By Rela hospitals – Centre for Transplant Excellence reflects this vision by combining world-class technology—including Da Vinci robotic transplant surgery, room-level HEPA filtration, and intelligent remote monitoring—with a child-centric healing space.

We are proud that our Founder, Mr. Pravin Agarwal, supported the establishment of this Pediatric Transplant Unit at Mirayee By Rela hospitals, reinforcing our decade-long commitment to advancing pediatric liver transplant care across India.

We sincerely appreciate Prof. Mohamed Rela and Dr. Abhijit Lodha for their vision and leadership in bringing this exceptional facility to life.

When technology meets compassion, children receive more than treatment—they receive a better chance at life.

Every child deserves the chance to grow up healthy.
On World Hepatitis Day, we join the global effort to raise awareness about hepatitis, promote early diagnosis, and encourage timely treatment. Viral hepatitis can silently damage the liver, but with awareness, vaccination, regular screening, and access to the right care, many lives can
be protected.
At The Pravin Agarwal Foundation (TPAF), we remain committed to supporting children with liver disease and helping them access life-saving pediatric liver transplantation when they need it most.

When Shreyansh was battling Budd-Chiari syndrome, finding a liver donor felt almost impossible. Without hesitation, his grandmother stepped forward and donated a part of her
liver, giving him a second chance at life.
Her selfless act is a powerful reminder of the incredible impact of organ donation. One decision can save a life, restore hope, and keep families together.
At The Pravin Agarwal Foundation, we remain committed to supporting children in need of life-saving liver transplants and spreading awareness about the gift of organ donation.
Because every child deserves the chance to grow up, dream, and smile.

A decade ago, 𝐓𝐏𝐀𝐅 was founded with a simple belief: no child should be denied a life-saving liver transplant due to financial constraints.

Today, having supported 700+ pediatric liver transplants, that belief continues to drive our mission every day.

Recently, I had the privilege of meeting Dr Shiv Kumar Sarin at the 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫 & 𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 (𝐈𝐋𝐁𝐒). Our discussion centered on how TPAF and leading medical institutions can work together to strengthen support for children and families facing the challenges of liver disease and transplantation.

I was truly inspired by the pioneering work being undertaken at ILBS in advancing liver care, transplantation, and research in India. Their commitment to innovation and patient-centric care is creating a lasting impact on countless lives.

A special highlight of the meeting was receiving a signed copy of Dr. Sarin's book, "𝐎𝐰𝐧 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐁𝐨𝐝𝐲." Its message resonates deeply—saving a life through transplantation is only the beginning; empowering people to take ownership of their health is equally important.

As we move forward, TPAF remains committed to building partnerships, creating awareness, and giving more children the gift of a healthy future.

Together, we can save more lives.
