Evening Cultural programme: Orchestra Beats from 8 .00 pm onwards , followed by dinner.

🌸✨ Sharing Smiles this Vijayadashami ✨🌸

For 23 years we have grown up in this pujo… from little five-year-olds running around in the pandal, to now grown-ups, some of us even married. This year, we wanted to give back a little of the love Maa has showered on us all these years and so, Sharmila aunty guided us to take a small initiative with a big heart. 💛

Yesterday, on the auspicious day of Vijayadashami, we at Punya Nagari Banga Samaj (Vishrantwadi, Pune) celebrated Durga Maa’s Boron in the traditional way.

We requested everyone to donate the remaining sweets after Maa er Boron. We packed them into boxes (5 varieties in each!) and distributed them among:
👷 construction site workers (Vishrantwadi)
🛺 auto, security, garbage cleaning uncles
👩‍🦱 house help aunties
🥁 our beloved dhaki and purohit uncles
🍴 food stall and flea market families
…and many underprivileged children around us ( Vimanagar and Ekta nagar)

Our aim was simple! To share our happiness, our celebration, and our sweets with those who might not otherwise get the chance. The smiles we received in return were the sweetest gift of this Pujo. ✨

We wholeheartedly thank everyone who came forward and donated. Because of you, the sweetness of Durga Maa’s farewell spread far beyond our pandal.

This year, we realized something simple yet profound: when happiness is shared, it multiplies… and when sweets are shared, smiles become endless. Because true celebration is when everyone gets to be a part of it.💫
