❤️‍🩹They told us they were just 400 “dots” on a thermal screen. 400 heat signatures. 400 targets. They forgot that heat signatures don’t have names. They don’t have favorite songs. They don’t tuck their children into bed at night.💔

On March 16, 2026, the Omid Hospital in Kabul became a graveyard of “collateral damage.” In the time it takes to blink, 400 futures were erased. We are winning the “war” on high-definition maps, but we are losing our grip on what it means to be human. When a hospital becomes a target, the whole world is in the line of fire.

“Khoon apna ho ya paraya ho,
Nasl-e-adam ka khoon hota hai.
Jung toh khud hi ek masla hai,
Jung kya maslon ka-hal degi?”

(Whether the blood is ours or a stranger’s, it is the blood of all mankind that is spilled. War itself is the problem; how can war ever be the solution?)

The Call to Action:
Look at your hands. Are they for holding, or for destroying? Blood doesn’t have a nationality, and grief doesn’t need a translator. It is time to stop winning wars and start winning back our humanity.
