✨ Introducing our dynamic Chief Guest – *Sapna Ohri* ✨

With 20 years of experience in Payroll, Client Relationship, Event, and Team Management, Sapna Ohri is a certified payroll professional from the American Payroll Association and currently serves as AVP at Genpact.

A Toastmaster for over 14 years, she has received numerous accolades, including the *Excellence in Quality Award* as Program Quality Director in 2022. As the first woman Club Growth Director of District 98, she opened 60+ clubs in 2020–2021, the second-highest globally.

She also made history as the first District Director of the newly reformed District 98, leading it to *Select Distinguished* status in 2022–2023. Currently, she serves as Region 8 Advisor for five districts.

1️⃣ Arvind Nair
With over 17 years in Toastmasters, Arvind Nair is a respected leader in District 98. Known for his mentorship and passion for public speaking, he continues to inspire and guide clubs and members across the community.

2️⃣Rupesh Mishra
A software engineer by profession and Toastmaster by passion, Rupesh Mishra blends discipline, curiosity, and creativity. His diverse interests shape his dynamic presence on stage and in mentoring others.

3️⃣Kanchan Sonik
Kanchan Sonik is a Program and Test Manager at Tech Mahindra with 18 years of corporate experience. She holds an MBA in HR & Marketing, an MA in English and Human Psychology, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Management. An award-winning President, Area Director, and Division Director of Division D, and winner at several contests at Toastmasters.

4️⃣Usha
A passionate Toastmaster for over 22 years, Usha lives by the belief that learning never stops. With her unwavering dedication and love for growth, she continues to inspire and uplift speakers across every stage she graces.

5️⃣Hardik

✨ Introducing our keynote speaker- M/cdt Aditya Mishra ✨

When articulation meets argumentation, we get Aditya Mishra — a third-year medical cadet at Armed Forces Medical College. A core member of AFMC’s Debating, Quizzing, and History Society, he has represented Doctors in Uniform across diverse formats — conventional debates, Parliamentary debates, JAMs, elocutions and MUNs. With strong expertise in international law and geopolitics, Aditya has won awards at all 25 MUNs he has attended.

An accomplished writer, he represented Haryana in the 2015 HelpAge India essay competition and has published articles, short stories, and poetry online. He is currently working on his novel.
Aditya has also organized key debating events at AFMC’s Silhouettes fest, the inter-academy Sameeksha debate, and served as Vice President of the UNSC at Sarvodaya MUN and UNGA at BMDMUN. He is co-founder of DelphiMUN, a platform nurturing young diplomats.

Aditya defines the epitome of success while being an all-rounder person, showcasing his dynamic talents in each and every field!!

She is a dynamic communication skills catalyst and a public speaking coach who founded Ace-the-Stage.
Her leadership extends to multiple organisations where she contributes wholeheartedly by taking up roles such as the Outreach chair-PSAI, Vadodara, Gujarat President- Conscious communication WICCI and committee member at ISTD Vadodara.

She has provided her insights on international platforms such as TedX and Josh talks. She is a trainer and a keynote speaker at diverse platforms
