Nineteen years ago, a promise was signed into existence.
On 12th July 2007, FUEL became a registered Charitable Trust built on a seed planted a year earlier with our first book, Student's Fuel.
Since then, that seed has grown into a movement guiding thousands of young dreamers through career guidance, scholarships, and skills for the future.
Every chapter of this story carries a name a student, a volunteer, a partner, a believer.
As we begin our 20th year, we carry forward the same fire that lit this journey.
Nineteen years of opportunity.
This is only the beginning.

When top industry leaders step into a room, countless futures are transformed.
Bridging the gap between campus and the corporate world takes more than just upskilling, it requires mentorship, shared experiences, and genuine belief. This week, we had the absolute privilege of hosting 30 remarkable volunteers from bp’s Talent, Engagement & People Relations team for a high-impact mentorship drive in Pune.
Through intensive CV reviews, mock interviews, and candid conversations about resilience and career journeys, the bp team didn't just share industry insights; they sparked true confidence in our FUEL scholars.
As one bp volunteer beautifully noted, “A candle loses nothing by lighting another.” We witnessed firsthand how hesitant voices found courage and uncertainty turned into focused ambition.

Through Mauli, she brought alive the spirit of the Pandharpur Wari — the centuries-old devotional journey of the Varkari tradition, carried through the abhangas of Sant Dnyaneshwar, Namdev, Eknath, Tukaram, and Janabai. Not merely a performance, but a shared spiritual experience where art and devotion became one.
What made the evening truly special: every moment was in service of a cause close to our hearts — supporting the education of ten girls at FUEL, Pune. Art meeting purpose. Devotion meeting opportunity.
