Every time I walk into a room of CSR professionals and NGO founders, I’m reminded this work is hard. And most of you do it anyway — the late nights, the rejected grants, the field visits in 42°C heat, the board meetings where you justify why human dignity deserves a budget line.
I see you. And I respect every institution that shows up.
But here’s what I keep coming back to: appreciation is not the same as alignment.
