At Annapurna Pariwar, our mission is to support poor women and their families through finance, health, education, and overall development. Behind this work are 350 hardworking employees, 95% of whom are women, working with dedication in communities and offices every day.

As part of our commitment to employee well-being, Annapurna Pariwar regularly conducts HR initiatives and health awareness activities for staff members.

In recent HR Meeting, a special Bone Density Check-up Camp was organized for all employees. Doctors from Subudh Hospital in Pune and Dr. Jadhav Hospital in Mumbai conducted the camp.

🔹 Bone density screenings were conducted
🔹 Employees learned about bone health and preventive care
🔹 Simple tips for maintaining strong and healthy bones were shared.

Small health initiatives like these help us create a healthier and happier workplace.

Annapurna Pariwar is a group of six non-profit sister organizations working to empower poor working women and their families through financial inclusion and support.

Working across the slums of Pune and Mumbai, Annapurna supports many courageous single mothers — widowed, divorced, or separated women — who raise their children independently with strength and determination.

Through the Vidyapurna Educational Sponsorship Program, Annapurna helps support their children’s education and brighter futures.

This Mother’s Day, we salute every mother whose courage and resilience inspire generations.

When a mother is empowered, an entire family moves toward a brighter future.
