In accordance with Nitya Asha Foundation’s vision and mission statement, the team has begun its journey by focusing on children suffering from Type 1 Diabetes who are coming from the less privileged class of society. The foundation will take care of such children by supporting their medical requirements along with counseling, dietary advice and training to ensure sustained all round development. T

he foundation further plans to provide awareness to the teachers, relatives, friends and classmates of the children covered under its care, so that they can enjoy a fruitful and complete life, just like any other child around. The foundation is planning to equip itself with professionals, social workers, dieticians and trained counselors to provide the above services. They will also make home visits, co-ordinate with doctors, pharmacists and pathology labs. In future, the foundation has plans to set up a 24x7 help line.
