Strengthening Kyoto–India Collaboration 🇮🇳🤝🇯🇵

It was a privilege to welcome Mr. Kuno Masatsugu, Director of Showyou Co., Ltd. and Atelier Japan, as a distinguished speaker at the 5th India–Japan Business Conference 2026.

During his session, "Vision for Kyoto–India Collaboration," Mr. Masatsugu shared valuable insights on fostering stronger partnerships between Kyoto and India through innovation, entrepreneurship, cultural exchange, and sustainable business cooperation. His inspiring vision emphasized the opportunities that emerge when both nations collaborate for mutual growth.

Following the session, Mr. Onkar Bari, Vice President – Membership, Indo-Japan Business Council (IJBC), presented a token of appreciation and the India–Japan Relations commemorative publication to Mr. Kuno Masatsugu in recognition of his valuable contribution to the conference.

Interaction with the Consul General of Japan in Mumbai | Pune

The Indo-Japan Business Council (IJBC) had the privilege of hosting an engaging interaction with the Consul General of Japan in Mumbai, bringing together representatives from business, academia, industry, Japanese language and culture institutions, and the wider India–Japan community in Pune.

The programme featured meaningful discussions on strengthening India–Japan cooperation, followed by interactive networking that fostered new connections and collaborative opportunities across sectors.

As part of the programme, the Consul General was presented with the Knowledge Paper, (by Intueri Consulting LLP), the booklet India–Japan Relations: Contribution of Kolkata and West Bengal, and the 5th India–Japan Business Conference 2026 Post-Event Report.

We thank all participants for their enthusiastic presence and valuable contributions. The meaningful discussions and networking made this interaction a successful step towards strengthening India–Japan relations. We look forward to continuing this momentum through future collaborations.
