The first industrial site visit of PCERF YOUCONS 3.0, powered by Bhate & Raje Construction Co. Pvt. Ltd., was successfully organised at Elements Techno Fab Pvt. Ltd., Supa MIDC, Ahilyanagar.

A total of 46 YOUCONS members participated in the visit, led by Mr. Madhur Daga and Mr. Atharva Raje.

The members gained practical knowledge and technical insights into PEB elements, sandwich panel design and manufacturing, and industrial operations through interactions with the design, manufacturing and operations teams.

The visit allowed YOUCONS members to understand real-world industrial processes and learn from the experience of industry professionals.

PCERF sincerely thanks Er. Ramesh Dhoot Sir, Er. Rahul Dhoot Sir, and the entire Elements Group team for their warm hospitality, valuable guidance and support.

The PCERF Kumar Beharay Safety Awards 2026 Orientation Meeting was successfully held on 9th September 2026 at Nanasaheb Tulpule Hall, Deccan Gymkhana Club, Pune, with participation from professionals across the construction industry.

The programme was graced by Er. Milind Dhawan, Chief Engineer, representing Kumar Beharay Properties LLP.

The orientation focused on the site assessment criteria, evaluation process and methodology for the Safety Awards 2026, along with the introduction of the Jury Members.

The programme commenced with an overview of PCERF activities by Er. Narendra Kothari Sir, President, PCERF. Er. Ramnath Bhat Sir, Convener, shared key information about the awards and their objectives, followed by a detailed presentation on the assessment process and introduction of the new Jury Members by Er. Satishkumar Nair Sir, Co-convener.

The programme was hosted by Mr. Shaunak Dabhadgav (MoC) and concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Er. Ramnath Bhat Sir.

PCERF thanks all the dignitaries, Jury Members, participants and team members for their valuable contribution towards promoting a stronger culture of safety in the construction industry.
