From the classroom to the boardroom.

YOJAK students, who won the WorldSkills Challenge, got an opportunity to present their projects to Mr. Ravi Kyran, CHRO, Bajaj Auto Ltd., and the Bajaj Auto Ltd leadership team.

They spoke about what they built, why they built it, and the problems they were trying to solve.

Seeing students confidently explain their ideas and interact with industry leaders was a moment of pride for all of us at YOJAK.

When learning turns into something you can build, solve and share, that’s when it becomes real.

🌿 Growing Communities, One Sapling at a Time
Environmental sustainability is best nurtured when young minds, communities, and organizations come together with a shared purpose.

On 31st July, YOJAK, under the Girls Scholarship Program (GSP) supported by JLR Technology & Business Services India organized a volunteeringengagement initiative at Z.P. Primary School, Narayanpur, bringing together 218 students, 37 JLR TBSIvolunteers, teachers, and community members for a day of learning, collaboration, and environmental action.

The initiative combined a tree plantation drive with creative arts and crafts activities, creating meaningful interactions between students and volunteers while encouraging environmental awareness from an early age. Despite the monsoon showers, the enthusiasm of every participant remained unwavering, reflecting a collective commitment to protecting and nurturing our environment.

At YOJAK, we believe that such experiences go beyond planting trees—they cultivate responsibility, teamwork, and a deeper connection between young people and the world around them. By engaging students alongside corporate volunteers and local communities, we are fostering a culture of sustainability that extends far beyond a single day.

We sincerely thank JLR TBSI for their continued partnership and all the participating schools, Gram Panchayat, Panchayat Samiti, School Management Committee (SMC), teachers, community members, and volunteers for making this initiative a meaningful success.

Today's UDAAN Project Activity – Volunteering Beyond Barriers

Today's art and craft activity at Poona Blind School was more than just a regular Udaan volunteering session—it was a powerful reminder that ability is defined by determination, not disability.

What made today's activity truly special was that our volunteers were Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) themselves, including individuals who are deaf and mute, visually impaired, and physically disabled. Through their active participation, they became living examples of resilience, confidence, and possibility.

The purpose of this unique volunteering initiative was to inspire students to believe that no disability can limit their dreams or opportunities. If the determination to move forward exists within, no barrier is too great to overcome.

By interacting, creating, and learning together, today's volunteers showed that disability does not define a person's potential. We hope every student left the session feeling more confident, motivated, and empowered to pursue their aspirations without fear or hesitation.

The future isn't built by numbers. It's built by informed minds.

On the occasion of World Population Day, YOJAK conducted an awareness session with students to encourage meaningful conversations around population awareness, education, health, gender equality, and sustainable development.

To deepen their understanding, the students participated in a creative drawing activity, transforming their thoughts and ideas into powerful visual messages. The activity encouraged them to think critically, express themselves confidently, and reflect on their role in building a better society.

At YOJAK, we believe that learning goes beyond textbooks. Through interactive and experiential activities, we create opportunities for students to develop awareness, creativity, and leadership while empowering them to become informed, responsible, and compassionate citizens.

Every conversation has the power to inspire change, and every young mind has the potential to shape a more inclusive and sustainable future.

World Youth Skills Day reminds us that the skills students develop today will shape the opportunities they create tomorrow.

At YOJAK, we are committed to helping young learners build future-ready skills through hands-on, experiential learning. At the Punawale School Tinkering Lab, students explored the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and robotics through an interactive session and a live demonstration of the MakerQ Easy Draw Machine. They discovered how AI learns from data, how robots perform tasks, and how technology is transforming education and future careers.

By encouraging students to question, explore, and experiment, activities like these strengthen creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving, and digital literacy. These are essential skills that prepare them to confidently navigate a technology-driven world and unlock new learning and career opportunities.

At YOJAK, we believe every student deserves the opportunity to learn, innovate, and build the skills needed for a shared future.

*Understanding emotions is the first step towards understanding ourselves.*

As we grow, we're often taught *which emotions are acceptable to show and which ones should be hidden. In a world that moves fast, there is very little conversation about **understanding, accepting, and managing our emotions*. Yet, emotional awareness is one of the most important life skills—it shapes our relationships, decisions, confidence, and inner peace.

Through this session, *YOJAK* encouraged students to identify and understand different emotions, express themselves in healthy ways, and learn practical strategies to respond thoughtfully rather than react impulsively. The session created a safe space where students reflected on their feelings, shared experiences, and discovered that every emotion is valid when understood and managed constructively.

At YOJAK, we believe education is not limited to academic excellence. It is equally about nurturing emotionally resilient individuals who are self-aware, empathetic, confident, and equipped to navigate life's challenges with clarity and compassion. Because when students learn to manage their emotions, they don't just become better learners—they become better human beings.

💭 Emotional intelligence isn't about hiding your emotions; it's about understanding them, embracing them, and responding with wisdom.

Every young mind has potential. The right guidance and opportunities can transform that potential into meaningful skills, confidence, and a brighter future.

“नास्ति अक्षरं नास्ति मूलमनौषधम् ।
अयॊग्यः पुरुषॊ नास्ति यॊजकस्तत्र दुर्लभः ॥”

There is no letter that is useless, no root that is without medicinal value, and no person who is incapable. What is rare is the one who can recognise and bring out their potential.

At YOJAK, we believe every student has unique abilities and untapped potential. Through experiential learning, creativity, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and leadership opportunities, we help students discover their strengths and develop the skills they need for the future.

Skill development is not just about preparing students for careers. It is about building confident thinkers, capable individuals, and future leaders. YOJAK is committed to identifying potential, nurturing skills, and helping every student move towards a better future.

Every young mind has the potential to create, innovate and lead. What transforms that potential into success is the opportunity to learn and develop the right skills.

At YOJAK, we are committed to nurturing students through experiential learning that goes beyond academics. By encouraging creativity, critical thinking, communication, collaboration, leadership and problem-solving, we help students build the confidence to face real-world challenges.

Skills are more than tools for employment. They empower students to think independently, adapt to change, make informed decisions, and contribute meaningfully to society. Investing in skill development today lays the foundation for stronger careers, responsible leadership and a brighter future.

Together, let's inspire the next generation to learn, grow, and shape a better tomorrow.

This World Population Day, let's remember that every child deserves an equal opportunity to learn, grow, and dream.

In many underserved communities, limited resources often mean difficult choices—where a girl's education is sacrificed so her brother can continue studying. These decisions are shaped not by a lack of love, but by financial constraints, social norms, and limited awareness.

At YOJAK, we work with families and communities to promote girls' education, informed family planning, gender equality, and access to opportunities. Through awareness sessions, counselling, and community engagement, we strive to ensure that every child—especially every girl—has the chance to build a brighter future.

Because when families are empowered with knowledge, every child gets an equal opportunity to thrive.

This World Population Day, let's invest in informed choices, equal opportunities, and educated futures.
