Impressed by the manner in which Babasaheb led his people and instilled a sense of pride and dignity amongst them is something Bappusaheb not only wants to emulate but also carry it forward. The struggle which to a large extent has succeed in making of a freer India, was also endorsed by Late Sadashiv Bhosale, the much respected father of Bappusaheb, as one of the founder members of the oldest dalit movements in India - The Dalit Panther of India. With his active blessings and encouragement, Bappusaheb has gone from milestone to milestone to actualize the stated mission of the movement. Indeed in more ways than one the Organizational Mission of Dalit Panthers of India is completely internalized by him and is his main motivator. Amongst the youngest and highly educated leaders in the community, Bappusaheb is also an accomplished sportsman & known columnist. With a clearly defined vision to creating equanimity and tolerance amongst all, Bappusaheb wants to be at the vanguard of a new social order that sustainably endorses social justice and prosperity for all. And for this, he works tirelessly. His people are important to him but then he also has the wisdom to be inclusive by preaching & practicing meaningful tolerance. Indeed a good example of a truly assertive leadership for whom society comes before self.
