A great Initiative by Deep Griha Academy to improve soil health in neighboring farms!

In a unique initiative, students at Deep Griha Academy are using soil testing kits to help local farmers improve soil health and boost crop yields! Through hands-on learning, these young minds are making a real impact in their community.

Every year the Aadhar Kendra Sponsorship Programme conducts hobby classes in the summer. This year they took their activities up a notch and included participants from our Senior Citizens (Vriddha Mitra) programme.
Our Ajji (grandmother) conducted a workshop on Crochet that the children were fully engaged in, and our Ajoba (grandfather) conducted a workshop on bicycle repairs. The seniors had the opportunity to share their skills and learning with a new generation.
The children also had a gas cylinder safety session and a session on sowing seeds. You can see the sheer joy of getting your hands dirty in the soil.
All the activities had the children engaged, focused and learning. The best way to approach learning.
