Because change begins when curiosity has no gender, and no question is “too awkward” to ask. ❤️

10/09/2026

He’s not just learning his own body, he’s choosing to understand, ask questions, and speak about something society often teaches us to keep quiet.

And this is how change begins. With boys who are curious, informed, and unafraid to learn.

Let’s raise a generation that doesn’t say
“boys don’t need to know this.”

Let’s make knowledge normal. Let’s make conversations normal. Let’s start with ourselves. 🗣✨️

We're running Mumbai's biggest race — for a cause that doesn't always get to be loud.

Badlaav Social Reform Foundation is officially an NGO partner at the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2027. 🏃‍♀️🏃

Every step raises funds for cloth pads, menstrual health education, and conversations that too many communities still don't get to have.

Not a runner? You don't need a bib to be part of this — fundraise with us.
Running already? Choose Badlaav SRF as your cause when you register.

This is what Badlaav looks like. 🌸

A classroom where a girl confidently stands up and explains the female reproductive system without hesitation, embarrassment, or “shhh… don’t talk about that.”

For us, the real impact is not just that she learned. It’s that she feels confident enough to speak, explain, question, and help others learn too.

This is the kind of change we want to see..where conversations once whispered about become conversations we can have openly.

And watching young girls find their voice? That’s the change that stays. 💙

Our students showed up, listened, asked questions, shared openly, and spoke up. 🗣️✨

Because awareness isn’t just about what we teach... it’s about the conversations they choose to have.

Every voice matters. Every question counts. 🌱

Still scared of menstrual cups? Maybe it's because nobody told you the truth!!

Menstrual cups are safe, reusable, and can last for years, yet they're surrounded by myths, fear, and misinformation. we're helping women make informed choices, not forcing one product over another. Every body is different, and every person deserves access to accurate information about all menstrual products.
Because periods shouldn't be controlled by myths—they should be guided by knowledge.🩸🌸✨️

At 21, Nikita joined Badlaav looking for work. Today, she is a trusted voice for menstrual and sexual health in Maharshi Nagar.

From learning about periods herself to helping 2,065 people make informed choices, Nikita is proof that when a young woman finds her voice, an entire community begins to listen. 💛

🎲 When learning about periods becomes a game!

The boys and girls of Matoshree English Medium School came forward to play “Ata Tuzi Pali” turning conversations around menstruation into something fun, open, and stigma-free. 🩸✨

Because sometimes, the best way to learn is to play, question, and talk.

Ata Tuzi Pali is available in:
Marathi | Hindi | English
DM us to know more about it!!

Ready to bring the game to your classroom?

Tampons are one of many menstrual products available but myths often stop people from even considering them.

🩸Understanding how different period products work helps people make choices based on comfort, lifestyle, and personal preference, not fear.
