The Lodge was honoured with a most joyful and memorable occasion on the initiation of Bro. Kartik Hingorani, an event of particular significance and pride for VWBro. Devesh Hingorani, who witnessed the Initiation of his son into the Craft.
The ceremony was conducted with exemplary precision and dignity by RWB Percy Driver, District Grand Master for who initiated Bro. Kartik in a flawless and impressive manner, with VW Bro. Devesh Hingorani, Dy.DGM Bombay ably discharging the duties of Junior Deacon.
Kartik's Grand Father, WBro. Anil Nair occupying the Senior Warden chair while WBro. Ashley Michael Eates , former school Principal of Kartik acted as Junior Warden. WBro. Bishop Kamble offered the prayers during the pious ceremony. The all important Charge after Initiation was given by Kartik's uncle WBro. Gautam Hingoraani , while the North East Charge was delivered by Asst. District Grand Master WBro. Jamsheed Master and DistDC WBro. Shree Sinha, Explanation of the Working Tools by WBro. Jeff George
Secrets were entrusted by WBro. K Balasubramanian Dist. Senior Grand Warden.
A double treat to attending members who witnessed the explanation of the 1st Degree Tracing Board by WBro. Makarand Gadre & WBro. Rajesh Pant
Contributing to the working were Bro. Yezad Dumasia as IG, WBro. Manohar Jagdale as SD and WBro. Sachin Kulkarni as Tyler.
The occasion was further enriched by the presence of over 75 brethren from all Constitutions, whose attendance added warmth, harmony, and universal fraternal goodwill to the proceedings.
16 ladies joined for the banquet.
It was truly a meeting that reflected the highest traditions of Freemasonry—celebrating continuity, brotherhood, and the enduring light of the Craft.
Each brother was then provided with a return gift, hand crafted by Mrs. Vedika Hingorani (Michelle) wife of VWBro. Devesh, Tanisha (daughter) and Mrs. Louisa Nair, wife of WBro. Anil Nair
