The dolphins are back!🌊

India is perhaps the only civilisation that worships its rivers, not just as forces of nature, but as sacred parts of our land. All our rivers are addressed with the honourific “-jee”, and the mother of all rivers is our beloved Gangajee. Nobel Laureate and poet Rabindranath Tagore once wrote that “the Ganga flows like a thread of silver through the heart of India, carrying the memories of a thousand prayers.”✨

Somewhere along the way, in our quest for modernity and progress, this very lifeline that has sustained us hadsuffered neglect. The good news is that Namami Gange, the National Mission for Clean Ganga by the Government of India, is restoring Gangajee’s glory - and Siddharth Desai is proud to be part of this noble mission.🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

Hear some fascinating insights about the project, including the return of the Ganges dolphins!⬇️
