यावेळेस आम्हाला पोस्ट टाकायला उशीरच झाला. पण ते बरेच झाले. त्यामुळे तोपर्यन्त आम्हाला एक नवीन माहिती कळाली की आमची औषधे त्वचारोगाच्या मुलांवर छान लागू पडत आहे.

२५ आणि २६ जून , २०२६ रोजी पालघरमधील ऐना पाड्यांना दिलेली आमची भेट, सामाजिक वैद्यकीयसेवेच्या माध्यमातून आणि सार्वजनिक आरोग्य सुधारण्याच्या आमच्या सुरू असलेल्या मोहिमेतील एक महत्त्वाचा टप्पा ठरला. 'ग्राममंगल' परिसराजवळ काम करत असताना सुतारपाडा, बेटांगळीपाडा, मुरबीपाडा आणि माणपाडा येथे वैद्यकीय शिबिरे घेतले. या वेळी अजून एका नवीन पाड्यावर म्हणजेच सुकापाडा येथे जाण्याची संधी मिळाली .

या भेटीला मागच्या महिन्यात ज्या रुग्णांना औषधे दिली होती, ते सर्व रुग्ण यावेळी उत्सूकतेने सांगायला आले, की "मला तुमच्या औषधाने बरे वाटले." या एका वाक्याचा आनंद खूपच सुखकर वाटला . आमच्या सततच्या आणि नियमित उपस्थितीमुळे, येथील स्थानिक लोक आता स्वतःहून पुढे येऊन वैद्यकीय मदत घेत आहेत.

यावेळी ज्या नवीन पाड्याला (सुकापाडा) येथे भेट दिली, त्यातील ग्राममंगलच्या अंगणवाडी शाळेत आम्ही गेलो होतो . तिथे ४ - ५ वर्षाच्या लहान मुलांना त्वचारोग झालेले बघायला मिळाले . तेथील मुलांना एकमुळे दुसऱ्याला असे अनेकांना एकाचवेळी त्वचारोग झाले आहेत, असे लक्षात आले . त्यांना औषधे दिले आणि या व्याधीची संक्रमकता पाहून PHC मध्ये देखील कळवले. वरती त्याच्या विषयीच मांडले आहे. आम्ही दिलेल्या आयुर्वेदिक औषधाने सर्वांच्या त्वचेवरील डाग निघून गेले आणि त्वचा नितळ बनली.

या उत्साहात आणखी भर म्हणजे, आमच्या दवाखान्याचे बांधकामाचे काम आता पूर्ण होत आहे. सध्या काही शेवटचे फिनिशिंगचे काम सुरू असून, आमच्या या कायमस्वरूपी उपचार केंद्राचे अधिकृत उद्घाटन आम्ही लवकरच करणार आहोत.

तसेच बेटांगळी पाड्यावर आमच्या सांगण्यावरून लहान मुलांनी प्लॉस्टिक गोळा केले आणि आपला पाडा स्वच्छ आणि प्लॉस्टिक मुक्त केला आणि पुढे तसाच ठेवतील असे आश्वासन दिले. यासाठी आम्ही त्यांना भेटवस्तु म्हणून बॅटबॉल दिला . मुले खूप खूश झाली आणि लगेच खेळायला लागली.

वैद्यकीय उपचारांच्या पातळीवर, आमच्या टीमने पाठ दुखीने त्रस्त असलेल्या एका पुरुष रुग्णावर 'विद्ध कर्म' (Viddha Karma) उपचार यशस्वीरित्या केले, ज्यामुळे त्यांना त्वरित आराम मिळाला. अशा अनेक रुग्णांना फक्त शमन औषधांनी देखील चांगला उपशय मिळाला आहे . या क्षेत्रीय (field) उपक्रमांनंतर, आम्ही आमच्या पुढील भेटींचे नियोजन आणि रूपरेषा तयार करण्यावरही भर दिला.

यावेळेस आम्हाला अजून एक गोष्ट झाली ती म्हणजे आम्हाला कंटकारी (रिंगणी) नावाची वनस्पती या भागात सापडली आणि पक्व अशी फळे असलेली ही वनस्पती काही प्रमाणात आम्ही गोळाही करू शकलो.

या शिबिरांमध्ये आम्ही येथील आदिवासी रहिवाशांना पूर्णपणे मोफत आणि संपूर्णत: आयुर्वेदिक औषधे दिली.

Location Focus: Aina padas (including Sutarpada, Betangli Pada, Murbi Pada, and Mani Pada), Palghar district, Maharashtra
Dates: May 9–10, 2026

Our visit to Aina padas in Palghar on May 9 and 10 ,2026, marked a significant milestone in our ongoing mission to address enhance public health through community medicine. Operating near the Grammangal area, our medical teams conducted clinics across Sutarpada, Betangli Pada, Murbi Pada, and Mani Pada and we provided authentic Ayurvedic medicines completely free of charge to the tribal people .

The most noteworthy achievement of this visit was the evident growth in trust with the tribal community. Thanks to our frequent and consistent presence, the local people are now proactively seeking medical intervention, willingly approaching us for medicines and reporting significant physical improvements after completing their prescribed courses. Adding to this momentum, our hospital Construction work are now fully completed , while some final finishing touches are left, we will soon be conducting an official opening ceremony to establish a permanent base for our care.
Every interaction continues to provide us with fresh insights on how to engage both the local tribals and visiting students in practical health and wellness activities. We expanded our preventive care efforts by conducting an educational lecture on Dincharya for all attendees, teaching the community sustainable habits for daily wellness. On the clinical front, our team successfully performed Viddha Karma on a female patient suffering from severe back pain, providing immediate, specialized relief. Following these field activities, We also focused on establishing a clear roadmap for our next visits.

Our visit to Aina padas Palghar on 21 and 22 Mar 2026 was very interesting. Meeting with the tribal community and working on their disabilities is the main aim of our every visit. This time it was followed by some discussions on next visit activities and brainstorming about research in Ayurveda. Here are some pictures from our visit to Sutarpada, Betangli Pada , Murbi Pada , and Mani Pada near Grammangal! A noteworthy thing, is how our bond with the community has grown over frequent visits - they're now willingly coming to us for medicines. They also shared they felt better after completing the medicine courses.

Every visit gives us new ideas to engage these tribals and students in different activities.

Some relationships are built slowly, quietly, and truthfully. This visit to Aine reminded us that real healthcare is not episodic—it is relational.

On 28–29 December 2025, Ananta Ayurved Pratishthan conducted its third consecutive field visit to Aine, covering all the tribal padas in the region. The team included Vd. Meghana Bakre and Vd. Sulakshana Bansode, joined for the first time by Nimish and Digvijay, second-year students who stepped into field practice and community medicine with sincerity and responsibility.

What stood out most this time was the depth of trust.

People gathered quickly the moment they saw us. Many had already followed up on call, a sign that healthcare here is no longer reactive, but continuous. The doctor–patient relationship has matured—families are more cooperative, resistance has reduced, and treatments are being accepted and followed with discipline. Several patients now voluntarily show us their previous medical reports, seeking integrated and informed care.

Treatment outcomes are becoming faster and more effective—not because medicines changed, but because faith, compliance, and continuity have strengthened.

At Gram Mangal School, we examined the children as winter illnesses peaked. Cough and cold medicines were distributed, and their growth and general health was assessed. Watching these children grow—year after year—reaffirms why sustained presence matters more than one-time interventions.

This visit also brought a deeply meaningful interaction with Panse Sir, the founder of the Gram Mangal project—a renowned thinker, social worker, and Shikshan Tadnya known for his constructive and humane model of education. What began as a casual conversation turned into a profound exchange on health, education, and community-led development.

We also wish to bring attention to an urgent humanitarian concern. Two mentally challenged tribal children were identified who are in need of rescue, structured treatment, and long-term care. This will require resources beyond routine outreach, and we sincerely appeal to well-wishers to support this intervention.

Re-affirming our long-term commitment:
As shared in our previous updates, Ananta Ayurved Pratishthan—along with Gram Mangal—is in the process of establishing a permanent Ayurvedic OPD in Aine (Palghar) under the Gram Mangal pre-emergency healthcare system. This OPD is envisioned as a continuous, accessible healthcare point for tribal communities—so they no longer have to wait for periodic camps.

For this permanent tribal Ayurvedic OPD, we are actively collecting funds as well as clinic infrastructure support, including:

OPD furniture and basic clinic setup

Examination equipment and instruments

Ayurvedic diagnostic tools and machines

Any functional clinic materials useful for Vaidyas and practitioners

Practitioners, institutions, and individuals who have extra or unused Ayurvedic clinic equipment are encouraged to contribute directly toward this on-ground, permanent healthcare facility.

This visit reaffirmed one truth clearly:
Consistency builds credibility. Presence builds healing.

We are not just visiting Aine anymore. We are becoming part of its healthcare fabric.
