Introducing Udaan Bharat Teen Squad (UBTS)
Not just volunteers. Not just leaders. Young Change Makers.

What if every teenager could spend a few hours every few months creating a real difference in someone's life?

What if they could experience the joy of giving, the pride of teamwork, and the satisfaction of solving real problems—not just reading about them?

*Udaan Bharat Teen Squad (UBTS)* is an initiative by Gyaan Dhara Foundation that gives teenagers an opportunity to become active contributors to society through meaningful, on-ground community development projects.

Our mission is simple—to channel the energy, creativity, and compassion of our youth towards building a better India, completely free from any political or communal agenda.

We will choose a theme for every year and have year-round initiatives aligning with the theme, to ensure impactful and constructive work done by the squad.

*Theme for Year One: Education*

This year, the UBTS will work towards improving the education ecosystem for children from less privileged communities.

Our young squad members will actively participate in initiatives such as:

🎨 Beautifying government and rural schools to create joyful learning spaces.
📚 Supporting projects that improve educational facilities and learning resources.
🌱 Participating in community drives that encourage children to stay in school and enjoy learning.
🤝 And many more to create a squad that focuses on real-time change in the society.

Under the *leadership and guidance of the Team of Gyaan Dhara Foundation*, the squad will participate in carefully planned community projects throughout the year, learning empathy, responsibility, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving through action—not just discussion.

Uplifting & Upgrading the Education Ecosystem for the Less Privileged

This isn't just another forum—it's an opportunity for students to become young researchers, innovators, and changemakers.

*Participants will:*
Study the ground realities of education in underserved communities.
Compare existing school ecosystems and identify key gaps.
Research, collaborate, and present innovative solutions that can create meaningful impact.
Develop critical thinking, leadership, teamwork, public speaking, and problem-solving skills.
