Sustained healthcare efforts play a critical role in shaping long-term outcomes.
When care is consistent and accessible, it creates a sense of stability that supports growth, development, and overall well-being.
Over time, these foundations make it possible for individuals and communities to move forward with greater confidence and resilience.

Children thrive when supported by strong, enabling systems around them.

By strengthening access to quality education, healthcare, and safe, supportive environments, the focus is on building a foundation that allows children to grow with stability, confidence, and continuity. Through sustained, systems-led efforts, these foundations help shape long-term outcomes, enabling children to learn, develop, and move forward with opportunity.

In rural Uttar Pradesh, access to consistent education and supportive environments shaped long-term outcomes for young individuals.

At an early age, Laxmi made her way to become a determined advocate for children’s safety and education, by helping nearly 80 girls get back to education. With the British Asian Trust KAWACH initiative, she formed a part of the children’s collective. Nominated by her teacher to the Village Child Welfare & Protection Committee under Mission Vatsalya, Laxmi began campaigning in her village, going door-to-door to convince families to send their children to school.

At VPF, we stand alongside initiatives that enable young individuals to learn, lead, and create meaningful change in their communities.

At VPF, we recognise that timely awareness and access to preventive care are key to improving health outcomes for women at every stage of life. Supporting platforms like these helps drive informed dialogue and empowers women.
