🛑 *anaphylaxis – G: What should the common people know? *
World Allergy Week 2025 is being celebrated between 29 June to 5 July 2025. This year's global theme is:
Naphilaxis: An Avoidable Danger

World Allergy Organization (WAO) is focusing on raising awareness about identity and management of nonaphilaxis this year:
❓ * ॲWhat is Naphilaxis? *
Naphilaxis is an acute and fatal allergic reaction. She could start in a few minutes. There are serious symptoms like shortage of breathing, feeding blood pressure. If there is no treatment on time, then there is death in some occasions.
⚠️ * ॲCommon reasons for Naphilaxis*
Anyone can get anaphilaxis – even those who weren’t allergic before.
The most common reasons:
🥜 Food: peanuts, almonds, milk, eggs, fish, wheat, soya
💊 medicines: antibiotics like penicillin, some painkillers
🐝 insect bite: bee,
🧪 latex, x-ray dye or exercise (some rare reasons)
🚨 *Symptoms - How to identify? *
Symptoms often occur suddenly and can worsen the situation quickly:
🛎 ♂️ skin :
Itching, flood, face or eye swelling
🫁 breathing :
Breathlessness, houses, obstacle in throat
❤️ heart and blood pressure:
Growing up the heartbeat
Dizzy, pure greenery
🤢 symptoms of the stomach:
Vomiting, julab, stomach aches
💉 *what would you do? – Emergency action*
> 🕑 Danger increases if action is not taken on time!
✅ *Quick remedy :*
1. Provide Epinephrine or Adrenaline injection immediately (use if you have EpiPen)
2. Call the number 108
3. Put the patient to sleep, legs up a little
4. Give CPR if you stop breathing
5. If there is no improvement in 5-10 minutes and another adrenaline injection, give a second volume.
💊 *What is Epinephrine or Adrenaline? *
This allergy is an essential medicine in first aid.
It opens the respiratory way, increases blood pressure and lowers swelling. Give it without delay, because delay can be fatal.
🛡️ * ॲHow to prevent Naphilaxis? *
Be informed about your allergic foods and avoid them.
Read the labels of food and medicine.
Inform you in schools and office that you are allergic.
Keep EpiPen (adrenalin filled pen that we can pierce through injection even above clothes during emergency) with doctors.
Use a "Medical Alert" band.
Check out the allergy specialist.

If you've ever had a severe allergic before.
Doctors can explain proper tests and preventive measures.

Naphilaxis isn't just a "gentle allergy" — it can be fatal.
