Humble Hope Foundation strongly condemns the alleged sexual harassment of a minor girl in Awantipora/Tral.

Any form of sexual abuse, harassment, or exploitation of children is deeply concerning and must be addressed through due process of law. We stand firmly for the safety, dignity, and protection of every child.

We urge the authorities to ensure a fair and thorough investigation, appropriate legal action if the allegations are established, and necessary support and protection for the survivor and her family.

Every child has the right to live, learn, and grow in a safe environment, free from abuse and fear.

Free Eye Screening Camp – Berthipora, Shopian

Today, we conducted a Free Eye Screening Camp at Berthipora, Shopian, with the valuable cooperation and support of the Health Department, Shopian, Kashmir.

During the camp, we provided OPD eye screening and consultations to local residents. Several patients were identified with cataracts and other eye conditions requiring advanced treatment and surgery.

A list of patients requiring further treatment was prepared and submitted to the concerned Medical Department. The patients will subsequently be referred one by one for appropriate advanced treatment and, wherever required, cataract surgery, so that they can receive the care they need.

We sincerely express our gratitude to the District Administration, Shopian; the concerned Medical Department, Shopian; the Kashmir Police, Shopian; and the Health Department, Kashmir, for their valuable cooperation and support in making this eye-screening camp successful.

We are grateful to everyone who contributed to this initiative and helped us take accessible eye care closer to the community.

Together, let us work towards a healthier and brighter future for all.

Free Eye Medical Camp at Aglar, Shopian

Today, 22 August 2026, Humble Hope Foundation, in collaboration with the Health Department Shopian and ASG Eye Hospital, successfully organised a Free Eye Medical Camp at Aglar, Shopian.

Hundreds of patients were screened during the camp, and 26 patients were identified with cataract and referred for further treatment and necessary surgical intervention.

We sincerely thank the Health Department Shopian, ASG Eye Hospital, medical team, volunteers, and the local community for their valuable support in making the camp successful.

On 17 August 2026, Humble Hope Foundation, in collaboration with the Health Department Shopian and ASG Eye Hospital, successfully organised a Free Eye Medical Camp at Kaprin, Shopian.

Hundreds of patients were screened during the camp, and 38 patients were identified with cataract and referred for further treatment and necessary surgical intervention.
