Panchayat Halqa facing acute water shortage

In this modern era, it's a matter of grave concern that our panchayat Halqa having a population more than 3000 facing extreme difficulties due to water scarcity. We have been deprived of water supply since last week, forcing us to rely on water tankers.
In 2012, we have been provided a scheme of around 3 crores. Fresh lines were connected door to door without water. We are feeling pity 😭 whom we held responsible for this defunct scheme. We put forward number of grievances to the concerned officers and highlighted the same in , unfortunately nothing came out concrete and positive.
Is really listening the voice of voiceless people if yes! then why the concerned officers aren't held accountable? Is tax payers money going wasted?
Higher officials sitting in AC office's are enough mature to understand how things were getting difficult without water and we hope third eye will intervene without any further delay.

We the Village Welfare Committee Chewa Ullar TRAL want to draw your kind attention towards the heart wenching incident which happened with some young entrepreneurs of our village who lost their bee farms around due to some unknown reasons. As per these entrepreneurs this industry is already in huge loss from last few years due to which they are in debts and are facing hardships from every corner. Being the responsible citizens of our village, we have visited their farm where we have seen huge loss which is in lacs and beyond the bearing capacity of these young entrepreneurs.
Our humble request to the , and to kindly provide some financial assistance to these namely , and on humanitarian grounds to rebuild their business and ease the financial burden on their families. We eagerly anticipate your assistance as soon as possible.

Sincere thanks to DC Pulwama, ADC Tral and Tehsildar Tral for the redressal of genuine grievances in the Panchayat Halqa Chewa-Ullar which were raised in Block Diwas Program at Lalpora Tral.
Local residents applauded cordial efforts of ADC TRAL, Tehsildar TRAL, Concerned Patwari & Municipal committee Tral in conducting the encroachment drive smoothly from Chewa-uller to Sports stadium.

Panchayat halqa facing water shortage for households despite falling in good governance district (PULWAMA). Government spent more than 2 crore rupees on water scheme which hasn't been started yet just because adminstration isn't in a position to compensate the cost of only 6 marlas land to the owner. We have knocked every door and represent our grievances to our respected in block dewas at Lalpora Tral but unfortunately no body is paying heed to our genuine grievances.
