🌱✨ A Beautiful Memory of Planting Hope for a Greener Tomorrow ✨🌱

Throwing back to the inspiring inauguration of the Akira Miyawaki Urban Dense Forest Plantation Project in Puducherry under the initiative “Green Shadows” by Annaprakdokshana Charitable Trust, supported through the CSR initiative of CHEMFAB ALKALIS LIMITED. 💚

📍 Venue: Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1, JIPMER Campus, Puducherry

🗓️ Date: 07th November 2025

The project was launched with the vision of creating a thriving urban dense forest using native, butterfly-attracting, and endangered plant species — contributing towards a greener and healthier environment for future generations. 🌳🦋

🌟 The inauguration was graced by:
• Prof. (Dr.) Ravi Kumar Chittoria, Professor (SS), Dept. of Plastic Surgery, JIPMER
• Y. Rama Prasad, Principal, KV No.1 JIPMER Puducherry

👏 More than 50 NCC, Scout, and Guide students enthusiastically participated in the plantation drive, showcasing incredible teamwork and environmental responsibility.

🌿 The Miyawaki method helps develop dense, fast-growing, and self-sustaining forests, making urban spaces greener in a shorter span of time.

Every sapling planted that day carried a dream for a healthier and greener future. 🌍💚

A beautiful memory from an inspiring animal welfare awareness program. 🐾

Grateful to the Animal Welfare Club at Bharathidasan Government College for Women for inviting us to be part of such an inspiring initiative.

The event, organized by Voice for Voiceless under the leadership of Mr. Ashok, reflected genuine care, kindness, and commitment towards protecting voiceless beings.

Special gratitude to Mr. Sudalai Subramani, Assistant Professor at Pondicherry University, whose mentorship, guidance, and unwavering support over the years have played a significant role in shaping our journey in surplus food management and social impact initiatives.

It was heartwarming to witness the curiosity, compassion, and active participation of the students throughout the session — a hopeful sign for the future of animal welfare and humanity.

✨ Throwback to a proud and impactful moment!

We were delighted to participate in Nama Ooru Namma Gethu — Big Eco Carnival 2025, a vibrant celebration of sustainability organized by Vooki in collaboration with 92.7 Big FM, held at Gandhi Thidal, Puducherry. 💚

புதுச்சேரி, கேந்திரிய வித்யாலயா-2 காலபெட் வளாகத்தில், அகிரா மியாவாக்கி காடுகள் உருவாக்கும் திட்டத்தின் அடிப்படையில் (Akira Miyawaki Forest Project) Chemfab Alkalis Limited CSR உதவியுடன் சுற்று சூழலை பாதுகாக்கும் நோக்கில் அன்னபிரதோக்ஷனா சேவை அறக்கட்டளையுடன் இணைந்து அடர்வன காடு உருவாக்கும் நோக்கோடு 300 வகையான பாரம்பரிய நாட்டு மரங்கள் நடும் தொடக்க விழா 2026 பிப்ரவரி 28 சனிக்கிழமை காலை 10 மணியளவில் நடைபெற்றது.

புவி வெப்பமயமாதலை குறைப்பதற்காகவும் குறிப்பாக நகர்ப்புறங்களில், சுற்றுச்சூழலை மேம்படுத்துவும், காற்று மாசுபாட்டை தடுக்கவும், தொடர்ந்து அடுத்த கட்டமாக அகிரா மியாவாக்கி காடுகள் அமைக்கும் பணி அன்னபிரதோக் ஷனா சேவை அறக்கட்டளை தமிழ்நாடு & புதுச்சேரியில் உள்ள அரசு மற்றும் பொது இடங்களில் செய்து வருகிறது.

குறுங்காடுகள் உருவாக்கும் திட்டத்தின் தலைமை நிர்வாகியான திரு. பிரவின் குமார் (Green shadows project, Annapradokshana Charitable Trust) அவர்கள் சிறப்பு விருந்தினர்களை கௌரவித்து சிறப்புரையாற்றினார்.

கிராமப்புற சிறு மற்றும் குறு விவசாயிகளின் வாழ்வாதாரத்தை வலுப்படுத்தும் நோக்கில், கார்ப்பரேட் சமூக பொறுப்பு (CSR) திட்டத்தின் கீழ் புதுவை மாநிலம் காலாப்பட்டு பகுதியில் அமைந்துள்ள *Chemfab Alkalis Limited* மற்றும் *அன்னபிரதக்ஷனா சேவை தொண்டு நிறுவனம், புதுச்சேரி*

இணைந்து, புதுவை மாநிலத்தைச் சேர்ந்த கீழ் சாத்தமங்கலம், சாத்தமங்கலம், உருவையாறு, மங்கலம், வில்லியனூர், பொறையூர் மற்றும் மணலிபேட் ஆகிய கிராமப்புறங்களைச் சார்ந்த நலிவுற்ற சிறு மற்றும் குறு விவசாயிகளுக்கு வேளாண் உபகரணங்கள் மற்றும் இடுபொருட்கள் வழங்கும் சமூக நல நிகழ்வை நடத்த து.

FLRP: Empowering Small Farmers Towards Sustainable Traditional Farming

Agriculture is the backbone of our country. Yet, small and marginal farmers often face the greatest challenges, like rising input costs, unstable market prices, and limited access to sustainable farming resources.

At Annapradokshana Charitable Trust, we believe meaningful change happens when corporate commitment meets grassroots action.
That belief came to life through a high-impact CSR initiative by Chemfab Alkalis Limited in Puducherry.

🌱 A Needs-Based Approach That Delivered Real Impact
Instead of a one-size-fits-all model, we conducted a village-level needs assessment across six rural communities—Sombet, Uruvaiyar, Parangani, Keezh Sathamangalam, Periya Kalapet, and Pallithennal.
Here’s what we achieved together:
✅ Distributed 25 types of essential agricultural inputs and equipment, including high-quality sprayers and 30 kilograms of seeds per farmer.
✅ Promoted organic and sustainable farming practices by supplying Panchagavya and fish amino acid, helping farmers reduce dependency on chemical fertilisers.
✅ Conducted an expert-led training session with Mr Muthu, Founder of Uzhavar Kudil, who guided farmers on natural farming methods to improve soil health, resilience, and long-term productivity.
More than 25 small and marginal farmers directly benefited from this initiative.
