Anahata Charitable Trust Holistic Healing Center Anahata Holistic Healing Arts Center is dedicated to those in need of connecting with their highest Self and finding inner strength.

Anahata promotes healing through nature and the opportunity for individuals to escape the stresses of modern day life. Our approach is focused on holistic healing through yogic practices, sustainable agriculture, cooking classes, mindfulness, and meditation. In order to balance the body, mind, and soul, we believe that individuals must connect with nature. That is why Anahata is situated in a rura

l village just north of Mysore. Our land features an organic farm with fruits, vegetables, and herbs that we use in our traditional cleansing diet. We believe that every individual deserves the opportunity to grow and heal, that is why we operate on a donation only basis. We encourage visitors and volunteers to contribute to the growth of our center in anyway that they can. We are currently working to expand Anahata's focus to include physical rehabilitation, especially for children.
