Olawa Samajik Vikas Sanstha Olawa's work started through the existing Self Help Groups and Mahila Mandals. Susamvad Counselling Centre is run for the victims of the domestic violence.

Olawa Samajik Vikas Sanstha, Pen is a non-profit, registered social welfare organisation established in the year 2004, working with the mission to Energize, Involve and Enable rural communities to realise their potential. Olawa's members have a strong belief that SHGs are the best medium for the overall development of women. Our Aim is to protect women within family and to ensure their safety and

dignity, safeguard their right to live life free of violence. Marital and premarital counselling Service helps to improve family relationships. Focus is laid on improving physical and mental health of women through our support services. We try to create Awareness and Educate on Violence with integrated approach in order to tackle the issue to reduce its occurrence.

Every family goes through challenges, misunderstandings, and stressful moments. Sometimes all that is needed is a safe space to talk and guidance to understand each other better.
Through Sushamvad – Family Counselling & Legal Aid Centre, we provide confidential counselling and support to help families resolve conflicts peacefully and rebuild trust.
