Yuva Chaithanya Seva Samithi conducted an awareness session on water conservation and rainwater harvesting.

President N. Leela Vinod Kumar explained the importance of water in agriculture and daily life, while Secretary P. Radha Sravani shared practical methods like rooftop harvesting, water pits, and groundwater recharge.

Constitution Day Celebrations & Intensive Volunteer Enrolment Programme (IVEP)

History Behind Indian Constitution :
We are all aware that we Indians were under the shackles of British colonial rule. It took us enormous efforts and struggles to fight the intruders to gain independence. Our constitution did not come into shape easily. There were several acts and laws which moulded our constitution, regulating and revising it every time. But due to colonial rule, India had no option but to wait until independence to append its constitution.
The formation of our constitution can be traced back right from the Regulating Act of 1773, Pitt's India Act, Charter Act(s) and so on until the Indian Independence Act of 1947. The journey is long and arduous but has heavy significance in history. Finally, when India was declared independent and sovereign, both the legislative and executive powers were assigned to the constituent assembly. Soon after the independence, Dr. B R Ambedkar was appointed by the Assembly to write India's new Constitution.
