उन्हें मिला James Beard Award — जो दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा खाना जगत का अवॉर्ड है।
पहली बार किसी भारतीय रेस्टोरेंट के शेफ को ये सम्मान मिला है।

👉 एक साधारण परिवार से निकलकर,
👉 बिना शोर शराबे के,
