Rotaract Club of Patna City presents a vital community initiative – First Aid and CPR Training (Basic Life Support - BLS) in association with Dr. Prabhat Memorial Hiramati Hospital.

Empowering youth with life-saving skills, this training is designed to prepare individuals to respond effectively in emergency situations such as cardiac arrest, choking, or seizures.

Venue: Infant Jesus School, Khajekalan, Patna City
Date: 23rd July 2025 | Time: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

🩸 Grand Blood Donation Camp Organized by Rotary & Rotaract Club of Patna City
📍 L’Bin Banquet Hall, Patna-7 | 🗓 July 1, 2025 | ⏰ 12 PM – 2 PM

Patna, July 1, 2025 — Upholding their commitment to Service Above Self, the Rotary Club of Patna City and the Rotaract Club of Patna City jointly organized a Grand Blood Donation Camp at L’Bin Banquet Hall. The event was supported medically and technically by the MAA Blood Centre, Patna.

The camp was inaugurated by eminent dignitaries including:
• Padma Shri Dr. Gopal Prasad Sinha
• Rtn. Namrata Nath, District Governor (Rotary Bihar-Jharkhand)
• Rtn. Dr. Adwait Krishna
• Rtn. Vishal Verma, Social Worker
• Rtn. Rajesh Ballabh
• Rtn. Ravi Shankar Preet

🌟 Purpose and Participation

More than just a blood collection drive, the camp aimed to raise awareness about voluntary blood donation and its impact on saving lives. A large number of local citizens, Rotarians, and enthusiastic youth Rotaractors turned out in support.

In total, 40 blood units were donated, making a tangible impact on the local blood supply. In honor of National Doctors’ Day, 50 doctors were felicitated for their invaluable contributions to society.

Rtn. Rajesh Ballabh, Rotary Chairman, said:

“Blood donation is the greatest donation. It has the power to save lives. Rotary will continue to initiate such noble efforts for the betterment of society.”

Rtr. Rahul Raj Singh, Rotaract President, added:

“By donating blood, we don’t just save lives—we uphold our responsibility towards humanity. The energy and involvement of today’s youth is truly inspiring.”
