🎉Gratifyingly Wise and Inspiring!🎉

The Students’ Association for Alumni Relations (SAAR) at Indian Institute of Technology Patna, would like to take this opportunity to share with you a special moment from our Freshers Orientation! Among our honoured guests was one Utsav Gautam who passed out in 2013 and is both a highly accomplished alumnus and an IAS officer of high repute.

This prestigious event was celebrated through an inspirational dialogue where Utsav Gautam gave insights into his journey from our campus to India’s corridor of power. His impromptu thoughts on tough-mindedness, character, and dedication that makes up for civil services were truly thought provoking. These thoughts have remained etched in the minds of many in our freshman class.

Our deepest appreciation goes to Utsav Gautam for giving us valuable time and setting a bar too high for newbies. Through his experiences and wisdom, our students got motivated as well as realized how strong our alumni network is.

We look forward to undertaking more such activities that will help us build a lively community blending together the past, present and future of this institution.

Greetings from the SAAR team. We are glad to present the fifth volume of our annual alum newsletter, Anusmriti. Accepting the circumstances and adapting to the difficulties, Anusmriti has returned with news from our institute and our alums.

We hope that this edition of the newsletter, aimed at strengthening the connection between the institution and its Empowering alums, brings together expectations. This edition of Anusmriti also offers students their exchangeable experiences shared by our former students Akhil Shukla, Piyush Bhandari, Arsh Mahajan, Atharva Ekatpure, to whom we are so grateful.
