🌸 Understanding Ovarian Cancer with Dr. Lalit Kumar
It was a privilege to host Dr. Lalit Kumar, a distinguished oncologist with over four decades of experience, at the Gangetic Cancer Conference. He delivered a compelling session on ovarian cancer, often referred to as a “silent killer” due to its subtle and late-presenting symptoms.

Dr. Kumar highlighted early warning signs such as persistent bloating and abdominal discomfort, and stressed the significance of timely diagnostic tools like ultrasound and CA-125 testing, particularly for women between the ages of 45–50. He also spoke about the roles of surgical intervention, chemotherapy, and genetic testing (BRCA1/2) in the management and prevention of recurrence.

Let us continue working towards greater awareness, early detection, and support — ensuring no woman faces this battle alone. 💜

Think bladder cancer is rare, obvious, or easy to beat?
Think again.

Bladder cancer doesn't come with flashing signs—and it doesn’t just affect one gender or one lifestyle.

Behind every diagnosis is a journey filled with silent struggles, unseen symptoms, and untold strength.

It’s time to stop the assumptions and start the awareness.
Because knowing the truth can save lives.

Be aware. Be kind. Be informed.
