Power Sector Joint Action Committee ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ/ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਨਿਗਮ ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਟ ਵੱਲੋ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀਆਂ ਜ਼ਮੀਨਾਂ ਵੇਚਣ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ, ਬਿਜਲੀ ਸੋਧ ਬਿੱਲ 2025 ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਅਤੇ ਰੋਪੜ ਵਿਖੇ 800 ਮੈਗਾਵਾਟ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਥਰਮਲ ਪਲਾਂਟ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਤੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਦੀ ਲੜੀ ਤਹਿਤ ਮਿਤੀ 28.3.26 ਦਿਨ ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸੰਜੀਵ ਅਰੋੜਾ ਦੀ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਸਥਿਤ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ ਵਿਖੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਰੋਸ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ 🙏
ਦੋਵੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਨਿਗਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਰੋਸ ਮੁਜ਼ਾਹਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਮੂਲੀਅਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ 🙏

PSEBEA delegation led by the President met with the Secy Power/CMD today and thanked for the revocation / posting of Er. Harish Sharma CE . During the meeting the President discussed regarding the early restoration of the starting pay scale of AE.

The revocation of suspension of Er Harish Sharma CE is a victory for all engineers. On behalf of association the executive is deeply grateful to the entire engineering cadre for standing in solidarity against the victimization Er Sharma faced.

National Convention Opposes Electricity (Amendment) Bill 2025

National Convention organized by the (NCCOEEE) at the Constitution Club, New Delhi on 10 March,2026 saw the participation of 11 MPs from different political parties who assured strong opposition to the Electricity (Amendment) Bill 2025 in Parliament.

Er Shailendra Dubey Chairman of (AIPEF), briefed the MPs on the adverse impact of the proposed bill on poor consumers, farmers, electricity employees and the common public.

All MPs unanimously stated that the bill is unacceptable and assured that any attempt to pass it in Parliament will be strongly opposed.

AIPEF and other Federations of power employees across the country will continue to raise awareness among the public and intensify the struggle against this anti-people legislation.

While a temporary stay has been placed on the sale of PSPCL properties, we must remain vigilant against the privatization of power sector assets.

In accordance with the decisions made during the Power Sector Joint Committee meeting on February 19, 2026, all Engineers, Employees, and Pensioners are directed to participate in the following agitation program:

ਭਾਵੇਂ PSPCL ਜਾਇਦਾਦਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਿਕਰੀ 'ਤੇ ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਅਸਥਾਈ ਰੋਕ ਲਗਾਈ ਹੈ, ਪ੍ਰੰਤੂ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਜਾਇਦਾਦਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਿੱਜੀਕਰਨ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਚੌਕਸ ਰਹਿਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।

19 ਫਰਵਰੀ, 2026 ਨੂੰ ਪਾਵਰ ਸੈਕਟਰ ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਐਕਸ਼ਨ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਲਏ ਗਏ ਫੈਸਲਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਸਾਰੇ ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰਾਂ, ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੇ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਮਯਾਬ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ:

Concerns Regarding Revision of ARR and Unrealistic Distribution Loss Targets in Revised MYT Petition.

Such an approach presents an inaccurate financial picture and risks pushing the Punjab power sector into a state of long-term financial uncertainty. It is therefore earnestly requested that the Management may reconsider this exercise, as it may lead to serious structural and financial instability in the state power sector.

ਪਾਵਰ ਸੈਕਟਰ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਐਕਸਨ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਸੱਦੇ ਤੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਰਟੀਆਂ ਵੇਚਣ, ਬਿਜਲੀ ਐਕਟ 2025 ਦੇ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਅਤੇ 800 MW ਦੇ 2 ਥਰਮਲ ਯੂਨਿਟ ਰੋਪੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਵਾਸਤੇ, PSPCL ਹੈਡ ਆਫਿਸ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਅੱਜ ਮਿਤੀ 4/2/26 ਨੂੰ ਰਾਜ ਪੱਧਰੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਧਰਨਾ ਹੋਇਆ, ਅੱਜ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੱਖ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਪਾਵਰਕੌਮ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਇਕੱਤਰ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਕਾਮਯਾਬ ਸੂਬਾ ਪੱਧਰ ਰੋਸ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਕਿ ਪਾਵਰ ਸੈਕਟਰ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਕਦਮ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਰੋਕੇ ਜਾਣ।

ਆਓ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਜਨਤਕ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਆਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਬਚਾ ਕੇ ਰੱਖੀਏ।
