National Convention Opposes Electricity (Amendment) Bill 2025
National Convention organized by the (NCCOEEE) at the Constitution Club, New Delhi on 10 March,2026 saw the participation of 11 MPs from different political parties who assured strong opposition to the Electricity (Amendment) Bill 2025 in Parliament.

Er Shailendra Dubey Chairman of (AIPEF), briefed the MPs on the adverse impact of the proposed bill on poor consumers, farmers, electricity employees and the common public.
All MPs unanimously stated that the bill is unacceptable and assured that any attempt to pass it in Parliament will be strongly opposed.
AIPEF and other Federations of power employees across the country will continue to raise awareness among the public and intensify the struggle against this anti-people legislation.
