ਸਾਂਭ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਫਾਉਂਡੇਸ਼ਨ ਵਲੋਂ ji ਨਾਲ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ-ਸਰਹਿੰਦ ਰੋਡ 'ਤੇ ਰੁੱਖਾਂ ਦੀ ਹਰੀ ਬੈਲਟ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ।

ਸਾਨੂੰ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਆਪਣੀ ਭਰਪੂਰ ਬਨਸਪਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਜੀਵ-ਜੰਤੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਆ ਨਾ ਸਕੇ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ NGT ਦੇ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ-ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਉਸ 4-ਲੇਨ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੇ 10 ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਪੰਚਾਇਤੀ ਜ਼ਮੀਨਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਜੰਗਲ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਿਨਾਰਿਆਂ 'ਤੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਪੌਦੇ ਲਗਾਏ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
