All the Women Units affiliated with All India Women Twenty 20 Cricket Association (AWTCA-INDIA) are fully authorized in their States to attend the meetings, collect the funds/sponsorship, logo-money and donations on behalf of their Women Teams/Units. It is necessary to all units of AWTCA India to Make the constitution and register at registrar firm and societies under 1860 society at your concerned Women. After getting registration apply for pan number and bank a/c of your units. Further divide their organizing functions/financial powers etc of the above. You may also change the guidelines of your Women Unit as per your convenience. Also send us the details of your Women Association’s working, elections etc and make assure us that same pattern is adopted by your district/zonal/club units. This is the basic legal process for all affiliated women Twenty 20 associations with out this legal process AWTCA-INDIA will not consider any concern unit. To General control over the all affiliated women Twenty 20 cricket associations of AWTCA from all over India it is necessary to work under one registration number of 1860 Act of Registrar of firms & societies which is valid for all India and TM number 1368279 and logo registration number 1368278 of Patent Law. Further if any Twenty 20 cricket associations affiliated women with India goes to to register its associations in its state's registrar of societies office, they should provide the above referred numbers and attach there allotment code number and affiliation-cum-appointment letter issued by AWTCA-INDIA. All the affiliated women Units will have to establish State level Twenty20 Cricket Academies and also make sure that their afflicted district / zonal units also established local level women Twenty20 cricket academies and also assure that all women district Twenty20 units must affiliate club units and conduct women inter-club Twenty20 matches in their concerned district and zones. All the affiliated women Units to make a Core Committee in their State who will take all decisions on behalf of the women units. All the affiliated women units make a marketing committee in their Women who will generate the funds/donation/sponsorship on behalf of the women unit. All the affiliated women units should form women District Units/Bodies according to their norms. All the necessary documents and appointment letters to the District Units are to be issued by State women Units duly signed by President and Secretary. All the affiliated women Units may open their account in any nationalized and private bank on the behalf of women Twenty20 Cricket Association. The Account is to be operated by Secretary and Treasurer jointly. All the affiliated women Units are required to submit their accounts and Association’s expenditure to AWTCA-INDIA duly audited by Chartered Accountant. All the affiliated women Units are also to ensure that the accounts of their District Twenty20 Cricket Association are operated on the same pattern and also other guidelines of Women units. All the affiliated women Units are to organize Inter District/ZonalTwenty20 Cricket Tournaments of ‘Senior’ and Junior level’ as per ‘Rules & Regulations’ of AWTCA-INDIA. All the Affiliated women Units should send their official letter-pad copy, ‘Logo’, Kit Color & Official dress for other functionaries to AWTCA-INDIA for approval so as to differentiate from one and another team. All affiliated women units can not used AWTCA logo as this is Associations legal property. All the Affiliated women Units are to sign a central contract with AWTCA-INDIA on behalf of their affiliated women units this central contract duly signed by president and sectary on behalf of there units. Sponsorship for International matches in India and Abroad host by AWTCA- India organized by affiliated women units on TV rights, Logo-matters and other financial matters. Sponsorship for women National level tournaments organized by AWTCA-INDIA. Code & Conduct of Women players/officials registered with AWTCA-INDIA (central contract)
Playing matches in India (National level Tournaments) AWTCA approved. Playing Twenty20 matches abroad (inter-National events) For AWTCA-INDIA Teams. Playing for AWTCA & professionally in other countries / various clubs / leagues in India and abroad. Logo-matters, TV Advertisements and other financial contracts, Press statements / Press Columns in newspapers - magazines - websites and interviews & endorsements and statements about AWTCA-INDIA and its officials and their Women units and officials. As the affiliated member of the Indian Twenty 20 Cricket Federation ITCF India AWTCA INDIA has the authority to select Women players, umpires and officials to participate in international events and exercises total control over them. Without its recognition, no competitive cricket involving AWTCA INDIA-contracted Indian Women players can be host within or outside the country. If any foreign Women players wants to play cricket in India under AWTCA, he must have the citizenship of India and holder of Indian passport also complete the guidelines/rules and regulations of BHART SARKAR regarding citizenship also complete the rules of federation. For all Indian domestic player at first they should be the registered player of their respective distt./zone/Women Twenty 20 cricket association affiliated women with Indian Twenty 20 cricket federation AWTCA INDIA. After this process all the concern Women players are eligible for playing cricket under AWTCA. The same rules are applicable on all officials ie district Women Twenty20 cricket associations affiliated with state women cricket association. All the registered Women players/officials of AWTCA bound to take written permission from federation for any other sports related activities. Term & Conditions for Women Units for playing cricket in each other States
(Rotation system):
All State women Units are bound to send their State women Teams in National level tournaments organized by AWTCA-INDIA. If any state women unit fail to send their teams two times in AWTCA national championships the concern unit lost his affiliation from AWTCA. If any Women Twenty20 cricket associations official/player found involved in anti AWTCA India activates. AWTCA India will dismiss the concern official from the units and Association. Also appoint new officials for concern unit as per rules and regulations of AWTCA-INDIA And bound to obey the rules and regulations and another terms and conditions set by AWTCA-INDIA. All Women Units are bound to take approval from AWTCA-INDIA for organizing the National/ Zonal/ State Levels tournaments in their States/ City. All states/ city units have to mention their code number & zone allotted by AWTCA clearly in their official documents. All Women Units are bound to take every year renewal of their affiliation & appointment letter from AWTCA-INDIA. All the necessary documents/certificates are to be issued by AWTCA-INDIA for State/National/International level tournaments. All Women units are not permitted to give any official statement to media i.e electronic or print on behalf of AWTCA India. Life Ban/Other Punishments. The Women players and officials who registers with AWTCA, India or any affiliated women State Unit, if involves in match fixing or any type of betting, or anti federations activities or taking drugs and other serious misconduct/misbehavior/legal offence in or out of field, he will face Life Ban or other punishment as per rules and regulations. No Objection Certificate (NOC)
1: If any registered player with AWTCA-INDIA or any affiliated women Unit wants to change his state, will have to take prior permission from Federation and NOC from his concerning State Unit duly signed by President and the Secretary of the State Unit. All the affiliated women units hire two professional Women players for National Level tournament organized by AWTCA-INDIA and also take prior permission from Federation. The criteria of registered Women players Junior/Senior from Women unit are by birth in Women and he should be residing there from last 2 yrs. The necessary documents should be produced by the institution where he is working or studying. In junior levels the criteria of age proof is every junior women player registered with Sate women unit should produce the proof duly signed by his parents i.e Affidavit, Birth Certificates from corporations or schools duly attested by gusted officer & also certified by Women units secretary/president. If any player is found misrepresenting these facts, s ban for life or other punishment can be imposed on him and the units which for which he may be representing can be canalled.
