Job Summary:
VDA Infosolutions is hiring Desktop Support L1 professionals to provide first-level technical support, resolve IT issues, and ensure smooth end-user operations in a dynamic environment. Candidates must have good communication skills, be willing to work in shifts, and collaborate effectively with global teams and service providers. A bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science, a diploma in engineering, or relevant experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end support for desktops, laptops, MACs, thin clients, MFDs, VNET, and network devices

- Handle installation, migration, and relocation of IT hardware and peripherals

- Troubleshoot OS-level issues, application software, IIS/SQL server, and manage patch updates

- Maintain endpoint security through antivirus updates, compliance agents, and regular security patches

- Resolve hardware problems, clean virus-infected systems, and ensure optimal system performance

- Ensure timely call resolution within defined SLAs (95%+), including escalation and follow-up

- Coordinate with vendors for hardware issues and manage asset movement via CMDB

- Support security audits and maintain accurate documentation for knowledge management
