We are registered as a nonprofit society and our objectives are to streamline and promote the profession of real estate brokerage in GOA, so as to achieve transparency, accountability, fair dealing a

nd ethical practices for overall good governance and customer orientation in the industry. We are affiliated to “NAR-INDIA” which is a National Trade Association of Realtors/Agents/Brokers/Consultants and is itself affiliated to NAR Global which is an International Organisation Based in USA and is the world's Largest Trade Body of Brokers/Agents/Consultants providing sales services in Realty having over 1.2 million members. NAR-INDIA has members from around 48 Associations spread over 42 plus cities/states across India with an overall reach of over 50,000 Real Estate professionals and affiliations with various International organizations across the world as well as with CREDAI - INDIA.

Reflecting on an evening of leadership, recognition, and shared purpose.

The Installation Ceremony of the 6th Governing Council brought together members, industry leaders, and well-wishers to celebrate a new chapter for the Goa Association of Realtors.

From the installation of the new Governing Council and committee introductions to recognising the contributions of outgoing members, the occasion reflected the values that continue to strengthen GAR and the real estate community in Goa.
