The Evolution of Bio-Hacking 🧬

We were delighted to host Mr. Ekalavya Bhattacharya as our guest speaker during the weekly meeting of RC Dona Paula.

Bio-hacking has evolved from a niche idea into one of the most powerful conversations shaping modern health.

In this insightful session held on 1st April, we journeyed from ancient wellness practices to today’s data-driven world—where technology and information are redefining how we understand, monitor, and optimise our bodies.

The talk explored the subtle yet significant shift of medical science into everyday life, highlighting how prevention is fast becoming the most important opportunity of our time.

Longevity is the next frontier—and this is just the beginning.

The 19th edition of CRPL–2026, hosted by the at MCC Grounds, Margao, turned out to be a fantastic celebration of fellowship, sportsmanship, and spirited competition among Rotary Clubs across Goa.

Rc Dona Paula delivered a commendable performance, securing strong victories in the first two matches against Ponda and Vasco. We progressed to the semi-finals, where we narrowly missed out on a spot in the finals, losing by a very small margin to Curchorem—the eventual tournament winners.

With just 5 players, it truly felt like a David vs Goliath moment, and our team rose brilliantly to the occasion. A special shoutout to our two young stars, and Adhiraj, who were exceptional on the field—take a bow!

Rt. (Rohan B- RC Goa) stood out with stellar performances, earning Man of the Match in both games. Rtn. (RC Goa), Rtn. , and Rtn. also showcased outstanding performances with both bat and field. Kudos to for being awarded Fielder of the Tournament.

RCDP continues to embrace the underdog spirit, proving what true teamwork and determination can achieve. Super proud of the team’s performance! 💪❤️

Kudos to the Rotary Club of Curchorem–Sanvordem for organizing yet another successful edition of CRPL, bringing together clubs in the true spirit of Rotary fellowship.

Looking forward to many more such engaging and competitive events!
