On the auspicious day of Ashadi Ekadasi Chandra bhaga's bosom is filled with innumerable pilgrims. Near about 12 to 15 lakhs warkaris visit Sri Pandharpur Dham. During this time lakhs of pilgrims take sanctifying holy bath in the river & become purified. But due to lack of proper facility, all of pilgrims have to experience much inconvenience. So Pandharpur ISKCON has taken initiative to construct

a ghat on the eastern bank of river Chandrabhaga on 11.07.11 on the auspicious day of "Ashadhi Ekadashi". Bhomi poojan of the 'Srila Prabhupada Ghat" was performed by Hon. Guardian Minister Shri Laxmanrao Dhobale. Under development ghat is 270 meters long and 90 meters wide. Different salient features of ghat are

5. Tree Plantation & Landscaping
6. Stage
7. Pavilion
8. Utility Rooms
